האירוח פשוט היה מושלם אנחנו משפחה חרדית והדירה היתה ממש מתאימצה הכל היה צנוע הבריכה היתה ממש טובה.
מבחינת צניעות. והמארח היה כל כך יעיל כל פעם שהיינו צריכים הוא מיד הגיע וענה לבקשה.
וכשהגענו הוא חיכה לנו שם
שם לנו אוכל ושתיה במקרר.
הבית מאובזר למאה אחוז!!!!!!!
כלום הכל היה מצוין לא היתה לנו תלונה אחת. הכל היה מסודר ונקי ומסודר.

Very clean, even perfectly clean. Modern, has a smart home system, all the stuff is almost new. The swimming pool has heating system.

We loved everything. The owner and his family are perfect hosts. They cannot do enough for you and are there at a drop of hat if you need them.
Unfortunately we hadn’t booked the extra night so we couldn’t get a late check out, the family helped us to do this. I would highly recommend residence 6 it’s location is perfect to bars, shops, restaurants and beaches. We loved every minute and certainly will be returning here to the same villa. Thank you to you for making us feel so welcome.

Amazing villa! In a prime location just around the corner from the strip with plenty of restaurants/shops/sports bars within a couple of minutes walk. Just a few minutes walk from the beautiful Fig Tree Bay beach. The villa has pretty much everything you could think of! All smart operated by buttons in each room. Make sure you visit Adam at La Pas!
Nothing negative about this place, it’s not think missing was hairdryers but we had taken our own anyway.

The Vila is very clean, facilities of high standard and well kept - smart home, electric curtains, an indoor private elevator, widescreen TVs and playstation4 for the kids.
Rooms were big with great view to the pool.
The staff was willingly helpful and provided us everything we asked for - Victoria and Andrea from MyExclusiveVillas were available for us at every hour.
We arrived Sunday night and the owner left us with groceries for the next day - very thoughtful!
Certainty recommended luxury Vila for big families.
We were there off-season and warming the pool fees were extremely high, we skipped it.
From same reason we had to fill up the jacuzzi ourselves.

Clean and spacious house with great pool and outside dinning. Large comfortable lounge area and the lift was perfect for grandparents. The Sauna was a nice bonus! Only 2 mins walk to main strip with bars and restaurants. 5 mins walk to beach front. Sea views are lovely.
Unfortunately the hot tub didn’t get warm enough to be used.

Location! Walking distance to the best beach on the island and restaurants, shops, nightlife; in the center of everything. Accommodations were luxurious, smart and comfortable. Above expectations!
There is a view of the beach, but it is somewhat limited by hotels in front.
