Lovely 2 bedroom apartment, well furnished kitchen. Easy walk to trails and Main St. Very quiet during the day and night. Enjoyed the local walking history tour from the historic park nearby. Good access to neighboring towns. Recommend catching a show at the local theater in Silverthorn if available.

This is our fourth visit to Frisco. This property was perfect for our family of 4. The location is amazing for all the things, biking, hiking, running, walking, eating, arcade, adventure park, visit to Vail and Breckenridge. Thanks for such a wonderful stay.

Our family had a wonderful stay here! Everything we needed was already thought of…kitchen tools, extra blankets, you name it. The board games were a hit with our toddler. We loved that it was a quiet, corner unit. Easy walk to restaurants and shops and tons of parking on-site. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Ten Mile. The unit is in good shape, it was clean, kitchen was new, and it was comfortable. We owned a unit at Ten Mile for 10 years and decided to sell. When we decided to visit again, after 5 years, we felt like being at home. Ten Mile is a older building but it’s in pretty good shape. It’s two blocks from the Main Street, has great restaurants, little shops, and just a nice place to visit. It’s a few blocks from the nearest mountain with hiking trails, bike paths that goes throw Frisco (bikes can be rented) to other locations like Breckinridge, etc. Also, there is a nice lake there and can kayak, swim when it’s warm, and it’s beautiful! We really enjoy visiting there.

We stayed three nights here for our elopement and it was the perfect little spot. A short walk to Main St. where we found a Gelato shop and a fun dive bar. The condo was very clean and the kitchen well stocked. Would stay here again.

Loved this place! So many amenities. Condo was nice and clean and had lots of condiments and spices - yay! New appliances. Mattresses were comfortable. Hot tub and pool were lovely. Easy to locate and close to downtown. Debbi was easy to communicate with. Little patio was delightful! Hope to return again someday!

Excellent location - very walkable to restaurants/ hiking trails/ shopping / and amazing church (Rocky Mountain Bible church). The condo is located on the second floor close to parking. Very clean and well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. Great communication from owners with contactless check in.

Perfect location within Frisco
The hot tub was so relaxing after our long days skiing. The updated kitchen makes preparing dinners and lunches even easier. This property had everything we needed, including very comfortable beds. Make sure you check out Deli Belly's for delicious breakfast burritos!

Above and Beyond the Norm
We found this to be one of the best equipped VRBO we’ve ever rented. The condo was very clean with all the amenities we expected and many we didn’t. We were very appreciative for the extra supplies and toiletries the host provided.

Beautifully updated, clean, and modern interior in an excellent location. Communication with our contact was excellent. We walked to the main street everyday to enjoy the Frisco charm. The lighting in the condo could be a bit brighter to enjoy the beauty of the interior better, but everything else was wonderful.

Beautiful condo
We enjoyed staying in this condo. It was beautifully decorated and comfortable for us. It is within walking distance to downtown Frisco. Debi was a wonderful host...she left me a voicemail, texted me and sent me an email on the day of our arrival to let me know that Rt 70 was closed. Luckily it was cleared by the time we landed and headed to the mountains but we so appreciated her thoughtfulness! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect 2 BR condo in Frisco
My wife and I stayed at Debbi and Jon’s condo for a quick weekend getaway. The place was great. It was very clean and well appointed. The bedrooms are comfortable, and the kitchen has everything needed for cooking a full meal. The condo is right next to Main Street and just a few blocks from the entrance to a great walking/running trail. Debbi was very responsive and helpful. I will definitely be staying here next time I visit Frisco.
