Very nice, building is older, great view and location

Beautiful property! My sister and I brought our families and the unit was perfect! The kids loved the pools and the adults loved having the beach chairs with umbrellas. We brought a pop up to have on the beach, but didn’t even use it! The elevators were ridiculous, especially on check in/out days, but we had read other reviews and were prepared to wait. I would highly recommend this unit for people with young or school age children.

We had an excellent experience with 4 adults and 3 kids in this VRBO. The views from the unit were impeccable and the condo was stocked with basic necessities to get our stay started. The towel animals were a nice touch at check-in. The parking garage is attached to the hotel and accessible by covered walkway bridge. The only times we had elevator issues (waiting) were at the prime check-in/check-out times as others have noted. One of the pools is heated and was used by my family quite a bit. The two beach chairs were a nice bonus as well. The washer and dryer allowed me to wash kids clothes frequently. Overall, no major complaints and we hope to be back to PCB again.

We stayed 7 days at this property and we loved it! Splash resort is fantastic with great amenities. The condo was exactly as pictured and the kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials plus extra. The beds and pillows were comfy and there was plenty of towels and washcloths for my family and I. The owner had great communication and responded quickly to my questions prior to booking and during our stay. We can’t wait to stay again!

Jump on this condo! The room was beautiful and we had so much space. The location at the end of the strip is perfect because there is much less traffic and people on the beach. Our 14 month old had so much fun, especially in the toddler splash pad area. Check out was a breeze. Only suggestions I would make would be for there to be a broom or vacuum in the room to help clean up sand, and some of those stands for suitcases. The lack of those things did not take anything away from our stay though, just some things we found ourselves searching for. Thank you again for an amazing stay and we can’t wait to come back!

This was a great place to stay. Perfect size for our family, 4 adults, and 4 kids! Would stay at again if we come back to PCB. One thing I liked about this unit is it came with 2 chair and umbrella rental. Not having to carry everything to the beach, was great. The kids loved The Splash on site. Had one slight problem with the door code not working. Made contact with the owner, he was very quick to respond and get maintenance to the condo. Although it wasn't able to be fixed by maintenance, he called a locksmith who was able to fix the problem. All within less than an hr. Highly suggested place to stay!

The condo was nice, clean, well decorated, and the kitchen supplies were well stocked. The bedrooms were spacious. It was quiet and very family/kid friendly. Communication with the owner was easy and he was quick to reply when we communicated. Parking spaces were always available. Having Alvin's right across the street was super convenient. The walk to the beach is nothing, you're right there! The pools were great, and the food at the poolside bar/restaurant was actually very good. The beach and the resort were busy but never overly crowded. It's also very close to tons of great activities and food options. I would definitely recommend PCB and this particular unit!

Process for check-in and out easy. Condo very well maintained. Great resort for any age children. We will definitely be revisiting sooner than later.

The room was super nice but the complex has a major problem with lack of elevators to handle the amount of people that stay here. It took my family one hour total from the time we parked to get in our room for check in. We had to find a luggage cart (nowhere to be found), load up everything from the car, and stand in line for an elevator for over 40 min just to get to the 12th floor. All during the week it took forever to get from the ground floor to the room and vice versa. The little bar and grill on property had decent food but was extremely over priced. After you get your bill you realize there is a “to-go” fee and a resort fee on top of the overpriced food and drinks. The splash pad/water park on site was cool and the kids really liked it but not worth all the waiting. Also the walkway going down to the beach is all stairs so good luck bringing a wagon without someone helping you carry it down all those steps. Overall we were disappointed and most likely will not stay at this resort again.

This was our 4th year in a row to stay at the Splash Resort and this was our favorite condo yet. We enjoyed it very much and will look for it anytime we book again!

Our experience at TSR in Panama City, FL was unacceptable!! Upon arrival to check in, we were instructed to contact the owner if anything in the condo was not in working order or broken so we would not be held financially responsible. The Splash Resort has 21 floors and our condo was on the 12th floor. It was always a long wait for the elevators and when you did get your turn, they moved so very slow. The condo was clean with the exception of dirty curtains in the living room and master bedroom. We could deal with that if that was the extent of the problems. BUT IT WASN’T!! On July 4th, the TV in bedroom #2 was not working. As previously instructed, I called the owner to make him aware but had to leave a voicemail. He never returned my call. Wednesday, July 6th, we returned from dinner to find a water leak coming from what appeared to be a locked closet in the hallway. The water had run from the hallway closet through the kitchen and into the living room. I called the owner again and had to leave a message. He then returned my call. The male owner demonstrated no concern for what we were dealing with and offered NO RESOLUTION. He said something like, “It’s y’alls problem so fix it”. Two of us decided to go to the condo above us on the 14th floor to inquire if they were experiencing any water problems. At which time, we were informed by those occupants that they did have some water damage and it was coming from the condo on the 16th floor and management/maintenance were both aware. We paid a very HIGH PRICE for this condo rental with the intentions to enjoy a much-needed vacation. Yet we were left to handle this situation ourselves! We cleaned up the water using all the available towels. Then couldn’t wash them because the washer and dryer was not only filthy but rusted as well. I will NEVER RENT FROM THIS OWNER AGAIN!!

This is a great place to stay. Very clean, beautiful unit. It's a good idea to pack your car the night before you leave splash, because of the Elevator situation. Thank you for yet, another wonderful week at splash. At home crying now!!😭😭😭

This was the best vaca ever. The accomidations were perfect for our kiddos and the adults too.

My family and I had an amazing experience at this condo. It's been updated and it has the most comfortable beds. It would be an added plus if there could have been a hairdryer, laundry detergent and possibly some 13 gallon trash bags. Regardless, this is a top notch place which was really clean and tidy. Thank you!

We had a great time staying at pcb in this rental. It was nicely renovated and had great views of the ocean. The resort had plenty of amenities and it was close enough to shops and grocery stores. We had a blast and will definitely consider returning, next time we are in pcb!

It was pretty good, and cozy, tidy and to came to think of there were toys for kids it is big privilege we didn't need to by that . My family wish to be there again . Thanks a ton for responding nice and gentle to every single question that we had before check-in

Be prepared to wait in line at the elevators. The condo is very nice. Has everything that your need.

Communication with the owner was great and made check-in easy. A little confused on where to get armbands and parking pass though. And probably that needs to be open longer hours. The property was somewhat clean. Just seemed a little “worn” and not “polished”. The room 1203W was clean too, but again some of living room furniture seemed worn out and may need a little TLC. For example, coffee table seemed to have water damage. BIGGEST complaint on trip was the check-out code stopping too early. Check-out is 10:00AM, but code stopped working at 8:30AM. I don’t believe this should’ve happened.

If you have children, this place will definitely be a hit with them

There were two elevators, very slow at busy times like check in. Our condo was not the cleanest. Staff was very friendly.

We loved the set up of our room, we had our own area where our bed, the bunks for the kids, and a bathroom were and my in laws had the other end.. it was super clean, provided towels and wash cloths, the resort was great except the pools were a little chilly and the splash pad area felt like water from Antarctica.. we didn’t really get to enjoy that.. overall, we would stay again.

This unit was very clean and in a great location. The hosts kept in great communication with us except the day I submitted feedback/complaint about the elevator situation. Our 4 year old son enjoyed the waterpark. The chair service on the beach included with your stay is a great perk! The beach is gorgeous. Walk from parking garage to building can be cumbersome for an elderly person or someone with disabilities especially with luggage and supplies for your stay. Our biggest complaint was with the elevators in the building. There is only one bank of elevators for such a huge building and to further complicate the matter, there was scheduled maintenance on the elevators this week. Only one elevator was available for the building most the week. This proved very inconvenient especially with a newborn, a toddler and two elderly parents, one of which has medical problems. We got in later day of check-in and still waited an hour to get up with our stuff. Multiple times throughout the week we waited anywhere from 30 minutes to one hour. There were several instances that I or my husband just ended up walking up 12 flights with my newborn and 4 year old as the line at the ground level was so long and not moving after over 30+ minutes of waiting. Had we known this in advance we probably would have chosen an alternative place to stay or chosen a lower floor as it was a huge inconvenience and wasted a lot of our time. It seems as if this was a known scheduled maintenance as they posted signs everywhere. We would’ve liked to be notified and given the option to cancel or find alternative arrangements else where. We notified the hosts but were not offered an apology or any partial refund for the inconvenience. We didn’t use the kitchen much as we dined out most the time, but it appeared to have all the necessary items for cooking. As seasoned travelers at numerous rental properties over the country, would recommend investing in more or higher quality pillows and blankets, replacing the carpet in the guest room or replacing with vinyl or tile for sanitary purposes (it was quite weathered) and a few additional places to hang wash cloths in the shower and or a new towel rack in guest bathroom (it was rusty). Thank you for the stay and hospitality. Due to the elevator situation we likely won’t be back in the future as a lot of precious vacation time was spent waiting.

The stay was great . if I had to complain about something it would be the elevator wait time . you will spend a lot of your time waiting on elevators. Up to some time 20-40 mins. this was very frustrating.

The condo was as described with no problems while there. The resort was fun and the kids enjoyed the water park. The beach access was easy to get to. The only negative thing I have to say about the resort (not the owner of the condo) is that there are not enough elevators in my opinion, considering the massive size of the resort. Overall we had a great vacation with beautiful views of the gulf from our balcony.

Loved being right on the beach as well as having the convenience of the pool and mini waterpark for the kiddos. The only thing I had to complain about was the pool and waterpark was freezing cold but the kiddos didn't seem to mind. Cant wait to come back!!
