Dedicated parking area, and central location

There were 1 "normal" and 1 "very small" bathroom which very hard to use. The owner, or operator supplied very limited supplies, only a half napkins and 2 pcs of coffee capsules. One of the power socket was not well fixed. I could not use the washing machine. It was first and last time with this operator/owner.

Close to Glifada. Close to city’s center. + Helpful and kind landlord.

The location, perfectly located between the city Centre and the beaches. The quietness of the building and neighbourhood. The lovely views from the bedroom overlooking the city of Athens and the acropolis in the distance, the parking space, although it was a squeeze to get into. The large tv in the reception area. The penthouse is truest very comfortable for 2 adults, or 2 couples, or children. Fully equipped kitchen and very relaxing terrace. The property manager was always available to answer queries and was very helpful.

Would’ve liked the flat to be professionally cleaned. There were some hair under the bed and crumbs under the sofa cushions. Some extra bed linen would’ve been good. There was only the one set already out. Some toilet paper and soap too since the flat is professionally managed.

Clean, fresh, spacious. Well equipped. Great view of city. Quiet. Really helpful and responsive hosts.

Location. It was up a steep hill from the beach and restaurants.

I love the location, the amazing view ,the house layout was perfect , amenities in the apartment were perfect , the cleanliness of the apartment ,the host thought of small details like detergents, washing machine, dishwasher, double showers, the apartment is very well lit , love the beddings, the hotel style bedsheets, the Mattresses were comfortable, on site free parking was very convenient

the internet connection was a bit poor

Fantastic apartment. It was really well equipped and furnished. Great decor and vibe. I just loved it. Very spacious. Great for family or splurging as an individual who enjoys a place with space.

It would be great to review the kitchen utensils a bit and have some more of the basics on hand (e.g.salt). Also, the fume hood really needs to be fixed. People should also be told in the welcome notes about the hot water circuit breaker and how to use it.

A lovely, spacious and modern apartment, very clean and equipped with everything you need including good air conditioning, a dishwasher, washing machine, airer, ironing board & iron, linen, towels and all kitchen equipment. There are views over rooftops to the sea from one balcony and distant views over the city to the Acropolis from the other. We were met by a very helpful man on arrival who explained how everything worked.

The apartment is in a residential area about 10 minutes walk, mainly downhill, to Alimos Marina & the tramline that takes you into Athens. It’s a few minutes further to the beach. The walk back takes a little longer because of the incline. I’d happily stay here again but if you don’t have a car and wish to go to the beach each day the walk back can be a little tiring in hot weather if you’ve much to carry.
