We booked this home for our wedding weekend in Corona Del Mar, and it was the perfect hub for our family. The home is well appointed with amenities and was very clean and spacious. The hostess communicated in a timely manner and check in was very easy.

I reserved this lovely place for me and my girlfriends to enjoy my 50th Birthday. The location is great and close to PCH and the beach. We didn’t receive the check in directions and had to call for this information; but it was quickly resolved. The outside patio was a huge part in booking this place and I needed to spend over an hour cleaning off everything with a broken hose and spider webs, dirty removable patio covers, disgusting bbq and 2 broken chairs. The propane was left on and smelled like gas too. Everything inside looked very clean and accommodating. However, the toaster was broken and glasses were unclean from lipstick and dirty dishes stacked in the cupboards. The bathrooms were spotless except the drawers were still in use from the previous guests with misc. items and hair. Last thing is that we were outside at check out time for a half hr packing and didn’t see anyone coming to the house, but later received a text that the cleaning person was upset that we had not checked out on time. We were outside and saw no one. Overall the owner had a lovely place but I think she needs a new cleaning person/company as they are not doing their best jobs and having poor communication with the owner. It also would have been nice to get some $ back from my cleaning deposit as we had to do a lot of unexpected cleaning.

Beautiful home with great patio. We walked to restaurants and the beach. Super clean and comfortable for our group of six. The owner was lovely to work with, so helpful.

Perfect house for our five adults in a very quiet neighborhood. We were close enough to walk down to the shops and restaurants. Would recommend this spot to anyone travelling to CDM or New Port Beach.

You will not find a better priced home in the area. Location is perfect and house beautifully updated with granite countertops, etc. Hostess is quite responsive to issues. We will still here again when in the area.

Very nice rental located conveniently located to everything in CDM. A bit of street noise from 5th street but not a problem. Would stay there again.

The place was very very nice. It felt like home. It was chilly at night, so all the fireplaces were percect and added such a beautiful accent to the home. The only thing that might make it better would be cieling fans. Location was great!

Our family of 6 took a quick getaway from Utah because we love the beach. The house had everything we needed and more. We all slept so comfortably and really enjoyed our stay. We loved the location and can’t wait to come back.

This place is lovely, clean and comfortable. The patio was a favorite spot for hanging out and sharing meals. BBQ works great and kitchen is well stocked. It’s quiet and within walking distance to the ocean and lots of fun shops and places to eat. This is one of our favorites!

The house/duplex was super clean, beds were comfy, and there was a ton of towels! If you stay in rentals a lot you will know how important the towel thing is. We had everything we needed and more! Angelique was super responsive and let us check in early because we got to Newport earlier than expected. Overall, it was a great stay and highly recommend.

Really enjoyed our last minute stay at Theo property. We were looking for a quiet and walkable neighborhood. We were able to walk to the beach several times and to great restaurants. Beds were comfy and the home had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

First time we've rented in this area, but definitely won't be the last. The Property was fantastic. lots of space, extremely clean and near everything we wanted to do. Beautiful neighborhood and very easy to get around. Angelique was super responsive and fantastic to deal with and made check in and check out instructions a breeze. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful, clean home and very spacious for four adults and two kids (5 & 3 yrs old). Everything we needed was available, and then some. Great location; super close to the beach and delicious dinner options. Just all around - a great time at the beach.

Communication was easy and clear, no issues and the house has everything you need.

Loved the home, especially the outdoor patio and its privacy, full sized bunk beds, and the primary bedroom with fireplace and bathroom features. I have many years of experience renting houses on Vrbo as I have a large family, and we normally don’t fit in a hotel room. I have high standards when it comes to cleanliness and comfort. Angelique’s place felt like home. The location is beautiful. Corona Del Mar is prettier than Newport and quieter than Laguna. I loved my morning runs. I enjoyed places to eat and local food market. The walk to the beach was simply magnificent. Inside the house everything was simple yet tasteful, with high quality furniture and kitchen amenities, clean, clean, clean. We enjoyed drinking wine and reading books on a cozy outdoors patio. The communication with the owner was effortless. The pictures don’t reflect enough how cute the place is…

The pictures do not do this place justice. It is very clean, has a great layout and was just perfect for myself, my husband and our two boys (ages 11 & 14). We were in town for a friends Bar Mitzvah over the weekend but really enjoyed our stay at this place. The location is great- you can walk down to CDM restaurants and beach. Everything is less than 10 min walk on flat and adorable streets. The boys wanted to walk down to the donut shop every morning. We had a small issue with a fire detector battery beep in the middle of the night and Angelique was very responsive/apologetic and even sent her own handyman down to drive almost 2 hours one way to fix it ASAP on a Saturday- he also brought a tall ladder to leave behind so future tenants won’t have that issue again. Probably one of the best vacation rentals we have stayed in. We will be back for sure. Highly recommend!

The VRBO pics don’t do this place justice! Much nicer in person. The only issue we had was the queen bed in the 2nd bedroom was very firm, we struggled with comfort. Otherwise, relaxing with the French doors opened and bringing the outdoors in made for a great experience! We would definitely book again!

THE BEST location. We walked to dinner and breakfast which was just down the street! PCH is filled with delicious restaurants and shops. The house was well equipped for everything and more. I brought extra paper towels and trash bags but it was not necessary because the host keeps everything stocked for you. We did not go to the beach this trip due to cold weather, but the owner is generous and allows you to use her chairs and cooler if needed. The master bedroom— my husband and I could have stayed there the entire trip. It is so cozy and beautiful as you roll over to seeing clear skies and beautiful palm trees. The bathtub was heavenly as well as the massive shower! TVs are up to date with technology as well as the thermostat for easy use. There are 3 fireplaces that are so simple to turn on and off. The kitchen has everything as well. Did i mention that there is TONS of parking available too? Hard to find at a beach house. That’s not a problem here. This host gets hospitality and communicates better than ever. Thank you to the owners for opening up your home so that we could relax, enjoy, and make memories. I would 1000% book this house again. I cannot wait for our next adventure.

We loved staying at this property! It was even better than pictured. It was clean, and everything is updated. The neighborhood is beautiful, and it's just a short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

My family (two parents (60s), little brother and his girlfriend (20s) and me (30s)) all stayed here for a week, and we had a great time. The space itself is very cute and thoughtfully setup and decorated. Comfy beds, all the basics in the kitchen for cooking meals, nice outdoor space for eating, a couple of fireplaces, a nice TV — it’s a a really nice space for a family and/or group of friends. The location can’t be beat: 10-15 minute walk to the beach, plenty of parking in the neighborhood and the foliage around the neighborhood is very beautiful as well. Angelique is very easy to communicate with, and checking in and out is a breeze. I would definitely recommend this place!

Super cute and stylish house, really big living spaces and bedrooms too - and the outdoor space was great for dining and hanging out. We didn’t do much cooking but the kitchen was well stocked with tools and cookware. The on street parking can be a challenge but with a smaller car, the doorless garage is perfect and sheltered. The road is a busy one but you don’t notice it inside and when outdoors for dinner, any traffic had lightened up so we didn’t notice it. Highly recommend, super easy to check in and communicate with the owner and we look forward to staying here again!

We stayed for 10 days with our 3 daughters. The house was really nice and very clean. It is in a great location. Although we couldn’t fit our SUVs in the carport, there was always plenty of parking on the street. The check in process was extremely easy. The only slightly negative thing I would say is it needs some new pots and pans. I ended up borrowing some from family members. But if you aren’t planning on cooking then this isn’t even an issue. We definitely would recommend the property!
