Our family stayed here for 5 days. The villa is exactly as pictured and well stocked with anything you might need. The views were amazing and we enjoyed several sunsets on the roof top deck. It is located close to town but we were happy we had reserved golf carts to easily access the town for meals and shopping. Mauricio was very helpful to coordinate anything we needed during our stay. We would absolutely stay again without any hesitation!

The home itself is lovely sitting on a hill in a gated community. Unlike the listing, here were only peaks of ocean to be seen because another even taller house is being built and will almost completely obstruct the ocean views. The noise from the construction next door was also a hindrance to the peace and solemnity we had hoped for out on the balcony and beside the pool. The home otherwise was large, magnificently decorated, and well equipped. The management company was extremely quick in their response to our needs.

Property was impecabble , in a great location and the concierge did a wonderful job. Top notch property.

The only thing to be aware of is that, yes you can walk to the beach, but it’s about 110 steps and gravel roads to get there. In case you have small kids or seniors.

We absolutely loved our stay! The home is beautiful with an amazing view of the town and ocean, and the location is a short walk to beach and town. It is the perfect set-up for 2 families, and you could possibly have 3 families if the ages or number of children was smaller. Andrea, the concierge host, was incredibly helpful and responsive and took care of any and everything we had questions about. We had a low key trip, spending most of our time at the beach surfing and walking/exploring the town, but next time we will most likely book some excursions with Andrea - she can take care of anything you may need! Definitely recommend this home for a stay in Tamarindo, the location couldn't be more ideal! Also, the access to the Langosta Beach Club was such a nice perk!! The staff there were amazing and the vibe of the club, similar to the entirety of Tamarindo, was friendly, helpful, welcoming and so family friendly. Can't wait to return!

We stayed here for 5 nights and loved every thing about it! Our concierge Andrea went above and beyond! If your questioning booking, Do it!! You won’t regret it!!! The one thing that bothered one of my friends was there were small ants/bugs inside at night but that is because we were in the jungle! Great location close walking distance to the beach Ans beach club as well as multiple restaurants

What an absolute treat! Didn’t realize the house is brand new. Immaculate attention to detail and interior design. Incredible views. Ridiculous sunsets. The concierge and house staff were very friendly and super helpful. Definitely planning on staying here again.

I need to start by saying wow....real wow....to die for this views.....fron any angle the ocean at his all glory is looking back at you...the house is brand new....all the luxury a man can ask for...spend a few days with family and nobody wanted to get out the house.....small deeping pool is exactlly what you need on those warm days....the hill the house sits on always get the fresh breeze from the ocean and it never really feels hot.....the kitchen well equipped...and everyting else is just perfect....thank you Brian Andrea and Wils for a great vacation....bless

There are not enough words to explain our experience. The home sits on the highest peak at the end of the bay so the view of the ocean as well as the sunsets are amazing. The home is just immaculate - four spacious bedrooms all with balconies and large private baths. The pool deck off of the living room/kitchen level is simply fantastic as well as the private sun deck on the roof. There is a huge nice built in grill on the pool deck and spacious sitting area where everyone can just relax be together whether in or out of the pool. We were a family of 6 and the home is laid out perfect where we felt together as a family but yet could find our own alone time if wanted also. All of the furnishings are top of the line with fully stocked kitchen. The home is in a very peaceful and quiet location but yet close enough to town to walk for dinner or other activities. Dinner at El Chiringuito right on the beach was so beautiful. If you like the beach, the membership to the Beach Club just tops off the whole experience. You can relax by the pool or sit and tan on the beach while enjoying the ocean view and full bar service. We went snorkeling to a small island off the beach which was really fun too. We can't say enough about this place. The management team was so nice, helpful and available if any questions or to book whatever activities we wanted. We could have just stayed in the home for the whole vacation but there is so much to do in town and surrounding area too. We felt "rich and famous" during our whole time there and hope to return someday again.
