Our group stayed for a weekend (Thursday-Monday) and mostly enjoyed our time. The home was clean, very easy to enter at check-in time, and conveniently located for everything we wanted to do while in town. The kitchen was well stocked with modern appliances and plenty of dining ware. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all exactly as shown on the website. The TV included subscriptions to several major streaming services, which was great during our at-home relaxation. There was even a puzzle, which a few of us did one morning. The neighborhood - outside of a little noise from the nearby dog park during some hours - was very quiet. The only major challenge our group had related to the pool heating. Throughout the trip, we were never able to get the pool and spa to be heated at the right temperature simultaneously (when the pool was a good temperature, the spa was too cool, and when we called the property manager to get the spa to the right temperature, it made the pool far too hot), and the spa's heat dipped below conventional spa temperature late in the day on Sunday, on a day we'd paid for. Other than this specific issue, we really enjoyed our stay.

We made this cozy home our base camp for 6 nights in March for exploring the greater Palm Springs area. Great location for visiting the living desert zoo and gardens, aerial tram, air museum; and only about an hour drive to Joshua tree and Salvation mountain. Close to old town la quinta. The home had plenty of space for 3 adults and 2 kids. Very clean, open layout, plenty of amenities, close to a dog park and kids park across the street. Quiet neighborhood and great views of the surrounding mountains. The kids loved the pool! Joe our contact for the property was easily reachable. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

We loved our stay. The house was well laid out and spacious. It was super close to town and the events we were attending. Can’t wait to return next year.

We had a very nice time in La Quinta. The house was very nice and had everything we needed. It is close to town and we enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants.

Nice clean house. Plenty of room. Beds comfortable. Nice pool and back yard. 10 minute walk to Main St. Nice little green belt with little playground.

We were in town for a lacrosse tournament this last weekend, and this home was in the perfect location. We were 4 miles away from the fields and it was very convenient. The house was exactly like the description and pictures provided. It is a beautiful home and it was very clean. Check in was very easy. The home is in a quiet clean neighborhood very close to old town La Quinta (if the weather was warmer/drier, we could have walked there in 5 minutes). We communicated with Joe a couple of times and he was very responsive and great to deal with. We would definitely recommend this home!

5 of us stayed here and really enjoyed sitting on the patio by the pool enjoying the California sunshine! One problem we had was there were no instructions on how to use the tv remotes which made it impossible to watch any news etc. We only seemed to be able to get one channel despite repeated tries. Also, the owner could provide night stands on both sides of the beds.. hard to read at night if you are on the wrong side of the bed. All in all, it was a fun place with just a few quirks that could be easily fixed.
