Place was beautiful. Plenty of room for what we needed. Fold out couch mattress could be better and more pots and pans. No cookie sheet. Other than that great communication and we stayed an extra day

The furniture all looks nice in the photos, but it’s a bit worn. The beds were all awfully soft, so much so that I felt like I was sleeping in a hole. My husband has a bad back and he was never able to sleep more than a few hours per night. We won’t be renting this unit again.

We stayed there Darren presidents weekend and really enjoyed it. It was everything that it was advertised to be.

This condo was absolutely wonderful for our 4-day beach vacation! To start with, the views from the balcony and all the windows in this end-unit condo were just spectacular. We had an amazing view of the gulf, the pier, the beach, and breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. The location of this condo was perfect – very easy to walk to many shops and restaurants. There was a little bit of noise from the Pier Park area that we could hear on the balcony, but nothing that went late into the evening or was too distracting/annoying. The condo itself was extremely clean. As noted in some other reviews, there is some minor wear and tear, but nothing you would not expect in a beach condo that is very heavily booked throughout the year. That said, the unit was very, very clean and comfortable and those minor issues in no way detracted from the beautiful unit and lovely decor. We found the beds and furniture very comfortable, and it was the perfect place to put our feet up and relax after a long day at the beach. The condo was well appointed with everything you need, and I did appreciate the information provided in the days prior to check-in informing us of what we needed to supply vs. what would be available in the unit (paper towels, toilet paper, etc). We cooked a little bit in the unit and had plenty of pots, pans, utensils, etc for our meals. We also had all the information and very detailed instructions we needed ahead of time for a very smooth check-in and check-out process. We utilized the provided beach service for chairs/umbrellas on each day of our trip which was an amazing amenity. The pool areas and tiki bar area were clean and provided a nice area to step away from the beach at times. Overall, the entire property was clean and a generally great place to stay. We did experience one minor maintenance issue during our stay. I contacted the maintenance team and received a prompt reply, and someone was sent to our condo within a very short amount of time. He was able to apply a temporary fix for our issue. The temporary solution worked perfectly and there were no other issues during our stay. I was very pleased with the communication and response to the issue.// Overall, I would highly recommend this condo and renting with Warren Beach Rentals - the entire experience was perfect and made our vacation that much easier and stress-free. I look forward to staying in this unit again during a future stay.

Excellent layout of the entire condo from the entry hall into the kitchen and large dining area, and then into the expansive living area. The living area is larger than what you expect and the comfortable furniture is perfect with the space. The furniture throughout the condo is very nice, comfortable and accented by the well thought out decor throughout the unit. This being a corner unit provides two more very large windows (Living Area and Dining Area) on the west wall which really opens the space up with the view and light. The kitchen and appliances are very nice and provide everything you need to cook meals and entertain in the condo. The wet bar is a nice addition and works well with its size and location adjacent to the kitchen. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable and the views and access to the balcony from the bedroom are wonderful. The master bathroom has a huge walk in closet that is more than enough space, with the bathroom setup itself being well laid out and provides plenty of room for two. The balcony views are amazing due to being on the 21st floor and again that its a corner unit. The views of the beach directly out from the complex and in both east and west directions are great. Also, because of the units level and location, the view of the pier directly adjacent to the building and sunsets off to the west were amazing. One of the best furnished, appointed, and locations of the condo's we have stayed at along the gulf.

The unit was spotless and had the best air conditioning unit ever!!! The view was breath taking. Highly recommend going to West 2109!!! Easy check-in and even easier check-out. We got the corner condo. We never heard anyone else the whole time we were there. Elevators were fast and very few times did we have to wait more than 5 minutes. If possible we recommend that you stay Sunday to Sunday. Traffic is better, checking in is easier and checking out is fast. Restaurants were fabulous and easy to get to from the Calypso. We stayed 7 days and it went fast. Highly recommend Scotty Boat Rentals for a pontoon to go to Shell Island. We were blessed to have plenty of Sunshine and rain to cool it down. Warren Beach Rentals were very easy to deal with and made the trip effortless!!!

Great location. Well decorated and nice condo. Property a little too big for my liking. Recommend ceiling fan for 2nd bedroom as air didn't always work well.

The property was just as it was listed, very clean and location is great.

The location for this condo is awesome. You are walking distance to pier Park and multiple different restaurants. However, this condo would benefit from a deep clean. We had some issues with things not working, such as the dryer require you to hold the door shut the entire time. The front door lock was broken, a little nerve-racking for a group of female friends traveling alone. I reached out to the property manager on the first day to report these issues and he told me that maintenance would be contacting me soon. We then had other issues such as the bathtub not draining after a shower, the master bathroom toilet was broken and the fridge seals had gone bad so the fridge would not completely close. I never heard from maintenance and when I reached out to the property manager about all of the other issues he did not seem too concerned.

I am that person who reads all the reviews and truly appreciates when people are honest. As both a allopathic and homeopathic professional I am including some health issues as well. First for the positives: This condo is decorated beautifully. Beds are comfortable (except for master which has two depressions and a small hump in middle, my husband and I are tall and thin so weight was not a factor-mattress needs replacing) Kitchen has everything you need but you will want to bring essential seasonings as the cleaning crew takes anything that was left by previous tenants and this is necessary with all the germs among us right now. Plenty of left over containers if you prefer to cook in. Both nonstick and stainless cookware are available if you are careful about aluminum. If you prefer to wash dishes by hand you will need to bring what you need but there are two dishwasher packets available. Also, bring coffee filters and coffee but there is also a Keurig. Views of both the town and beach are spectacular. If you have any issues with fear of heights, this is not the place for you as the lanai is very narrow and then there is the obvious 21st floor location. The staff at this property is very friendly and helpful and the management company was responsive on a Sunday morning, A+!! For the not-so-positives, there is a moldy smell in the master bathroom (not just from humidity) and anyone with a mold allergy would become quite ill in this unit. I do not mean to offend anyone but it is important to mention that the hallway is narrow and the unit is tight so if you are a large person this may not be comfortable for you. As previous reviews have mentioned the pictures are dated and there is staining on all the furniture cushions, however, it is still very nice! There are only 2 bar stools, not 3 as pictured and there is no bench at the foot of the master bed.

Wow! The owners really thought of everything! We had every single thing we needed for our stay and more. The unit was so peaceful and in such an amazing location for our race! There were a few things that were on the dusty side, but nothing that we had to actually touch, so it wasn’t a big deal. Overall would highly recommend this unit and rental company. They were so helpful and quick to answer any questions we had!

Nice condo & location is close to many great attractions and shopping. They need to work on the parking situation. Passes that you have to pay an extra $20 per vehicle DID NOT WORK HALF THE TIME! Some of the security guards that had to help when passes didn't work were nice, then others were extremely rude. We can't help their parking system is horrible. But some acted like we didn't know what we were doing. They seriously need to get a different parking system!!

The property was very clean and had great accommodations to go along with its spectacular views and beach front locations. We will definitely be staying here again in the future! Big thanks to the Warren rental team for answering all questions and making our stay a great one!

Absolutely loved our stay! It was our first time to PCB and we will definitely be going back. Condo was very clean, plenty of room with little ones, clean pool and beautiful beach! Balcony views were amazing and walking distance to Pier Park was fabulous! Can’t wait to come back!

2109w was perfect for our group of 8. Had a couple of issues but they were taken care really quick, even on the 4th of July. The view is always amazing from a corner unit! Plenty of room for all of us. Would recommend and use Warren Beach Rental. Actually, we’re working on planning our next trip now!!

We have rented several units in the Calypso over the past 5-6 years. We’ve always used VRBO but this year after being cancelled on twice, we found Warren Beach Rentals and unit 2109W….WOW! What a great vacation experience. The unit was pristine with everything they advertised. The condo is gorgeous and offers stunning sunset views from either the balcony or from inside. The extra boogie boards were well used, as well. Warren Beach Rentals made the process of renting and getting checked in effortless! Their payment system is wicked easy and the check-in/check-out instructions were flawless. There is nothing better than leaving home for vacation and walking into a rental that anyone would be comfortable to call home. We will DEFINITELY use Warren Beach Rentals for our future Panama City rentals.

We have stayed at Calypso several times before. Condo 2109W is our favorite so far. Every room has its own bathroom! Well stocked kitchen, everything works and it’s clean. The full size bunk beds were great for our teenage sons. The kids enjoyed walking to Pier Park most evening. We always enjoy all the great Resturant’s close by.

Our unit was beautiful! Very clean with an amazing view. The resort was the perfect distance to many attractions. Definitely would recommend to others!

From the point of booking, to the 1000 questions I had in between, Warren Beach rentals made my vacation so easy! And the property was a 5 star, top notch resort property. It was clean, the views were beautiful, the pool was CLEAN, the beach was clean, and the tiki bar was NIIIICE! Loved the staff at the tiki bar. Upon arrival, a very generous maintenance man gave us step by step instructions on where to park, and where to get a luggage cart (because I failed to read all of the very detailed instructions sent by Warren Beach Rental). Nothing was left out of the instructions for my arrival and departure. It truly was one of the easiest rentals I have ever done. And we travel a LOT! I will never use anyone but Warren Beach Rentals again!

We absolutely loved this staying here. The view was spectacular. It had everything we needed. We felt at home which made our vacation even more enjoyable. We want to stay here every time we come to PCB!! There were only a couple of things that we feel may need attention from the owner. The toilet in the master bath was not bolted down and lifted if it was leaned on, so that may need to be looked at. The other was the shower curtain in the 3rd bathroom had some mold on it, so the "cleaning crew" may want to look at that as well. Other than those small issues everything else was as close to perfection as we could have asked for.

The property was as described. We had a little confusion with the check-in process but the owner/staff was responsive and very helpful. Fun trip with no stress!

Great condo- cute decor, clean. Kids LOVED the bunk room!! Love staying at Calypso since it’s right at Pier Park and we can walk everywhere!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Panama City Beach in Calypso 2109W. There were six of us and the unit worked great with two teenages having their own room and bathroom, and two 21-year olds having their own room and bathroom. The unit was decorated super cute, was clean, and everything worked well. The starter packs of items were almost enough to get us through the week. When we contacted management about things (either in email or text), they responded ASAP and took care of our issues. One was our own stupidity. Another was a clogged sink and beeping smoke detector. They sent someone out right away. We walked to Pier Park every day and even the teenagers felt safe walking to and fro by themselves. The two beach chairs included in the cost were a nice benefit and the tiki bar was an added bonus. There are sand chairs in the unit as well. I will definitely look at Warren Beach Rentals for our next vacation.

Condo was as nice and as listed on website. Updated kitchen pots & pans would be nice. Beds were very comfortable. Location was good. It was close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Pools were nice although the weather did not cooperate us to use them much. We would have liked to have BBQ grills to cook a meal or two as we usually do on beach trips. Also, a hot tub would be nice, especially in the winter months.

Would definitely stay again

This is a great property! We had a wonderful experience. We were there for work. It was close to our worksite so the team could walk. It was clean and very nice. Will stay again next year for sure!
