We did not get to stay at this place. Upon arrival I called to meet the administrator and get the keys but a man said that they do not have my booking and need to check. He promised to call back in 2 minutes but this did not happen. When I called them - their phone was turned off.

When we wanted to check in earlier which was not possible, another flat was offered to us that was ready. Neat action from the owner. The flat was neat, nicely decorated. The flat was big enough with a small kitchen. The flat was walking distance from the metro station Washing machine in the flat and free slippers

The host could not be reached quickly. Messages were not immediately responded to, sometimes a call had to be made to get an answer. A request was not processed immediately and we had to wait half a day for the request to be processed.

Nice location, a supermarket is only in 5 mins walk.

Although agreed in advance, we had to wait for the host to get into the apartment. I will not comment on the style of communication. But this could be ignored if not the fact that the apartment didn't fit our expectations at all. The Booking search filter showed it fitting for 2 adults + 2 kids. Don't be confused by this statement and the pictures. The apartment is really tiny for 4 people. I didn't even have enough space to spread the sofa. We had to move the 'kitchen' table and still didn't have place to go through. The kitchenware is VERY basic. The walls are thin, so hope your neighbors will be quiet. I really think you may find a better option in Kharkiv for this price. Staying there for 1 day was enough for us.
