Bekannter Novotel Standard, nichts Aussergewöhnliches. Frühstück sehr gut.
Seifenspender hatte gefehlt, musste ich an der Rezeption holen.

Staff were nice and tried to help. Restaurant staff were very good too. Quiet rooms.
This hotel certainly does not live up to a 4 star standard. Our room was not ready at 4 pm (check in time), even though we arrived later at 4.25 pm and still were told to wait. Receptionist arranged free drinks for us while we were waiting, so that was a nice touch. Rooms are very "plain Jane", nothing special, no character and the whole hotel is quite boring (sorry guys, we are just comparing to other places). Beds are very narrow, floors were not clean. We had two tiny toilet rolls' leftovers from previous guests and no soap in the bathroom. The walk to the bus is about 10 mins. So you are on the outskirts of Breda. Menu in the restaurant has a small selection, waiting staff is very pleasant though.

Location was good for us as it was close to my in-laws.
It was so dirty! Nothing was cleaned. It was so dusty and dirty. I even found a dirty coffee cup from the last guest that had not been cleaned.

Lage an der Autobahn - gut zum Übernachten.
Teure Parkplätze. Die kunststoffbeschichteten Nachtische zeigten Glasränder. Teppichboden im Flur ein Sanierungsfall- viele Flecken. Kein Restaurantbetrieb, am Wochenende offenbar keine Speisen. Speisemöglichkeit im nahegelegenem Restaurant

Kleine kamer met een uitgeklapte bedbank, terwijl ik er in m'n eentje overnachtte.
Werd 'verkocht' als superior kamer.
Heb het superieure niet kunnen ontdekken.
Oplaadpaal electrische auto deed het niet.

Het ontbijt was prima. De locatie en parkeren goed.
De badkamer wasbak was verstopt. Pas na 3 dagen werd het probleem echt aangepakt. De vloer van de kamer werd alleen op aanvraag gestofzogen. Er wordt niet afgestoft. Veel hard gepraat en geschreeuw in de gangen na 12.00h s nachts.

Omdat we bij booking.com hadden geboekt, moesten we €21,40 in Novotel bij betalen.
Als we rechtstreeks bij Novotel een kamer hadden geboekt, hadden we dit bedrag niet hoeven te betalen. Dus dit is één keer en nooit meer via Booking.com

Prima locatie, echt goede bedden. Receptie erg vriendelijk. Makkelijk te vinden, netjes ingericht.
De kamer was erg gehorig, alsof er kartonnen muren waren.
Ook raar om nog apart te betalen voor parkeren op eigen terrein..

Het ontbijt was heerlijk bediening zeer vriendelijk.
Kamer niet volgens de boeking die ik had gedaan bij Booking.com.
Dit is wel aangepast, alleen na een leuke avond in Breda was helaas het bar al dicht en zag ik dat het bed gewoon vies was lag veel stof in de kamer. Receptie gebeld moest ik zelf mijn bed verschonen??

, there was no paper bin and no brush for the toilet.

The room was very comfortable, there were 3 of us, and my son slept on a sort of sleeper sofa, that had already been made up. Bathroom was nice, also hairdryer and coffee and tea making facilities
I think the charge for parking the car was excessive, you can't really get there except by car, it should have been included in the price.
Also breakfast (optional) was €22 per head!!

Easy to find - and with plenty of car parking space. Also, good secure storage for our bicycles. Comfortable and spacious room - peaceful and quite. A great place to stop off at on a journey through The Netherlands. A few good grocery shops nearby. Very friendly and helpful staff.
We didn't bother with breakfast, due to the high cost of such - but the value for money for our room-only was great.

It's like the walls are made out of cardboard. Really noisy motel.

Very helpful staff, excellent bed and breakfast. Nice hotel if you are travelling by car, and need an overnight stay not far from the motorway. But if you are looking to visit Breda city centre, there are better options. But overall, good value for money.

Comfortable and clean room, bathroom with a bath. The location is good if you travel by car , close to the highway but the hotel itself in a very quiet place
