Location is amazing! The hotel does provide all the services needed to have a full relax experience. We used the tour guide of the city and it was a great experience! Spa , gym and breakfast also of excellent quality!

The Oberoi is located in one of the few areas in Delhi that’s breathable- this was a big plus. The room was spectacular and the service truly five stars.

The buffet of the breakfast has more options than you could imagine. The warm of the people in the concierge and reception is out of this world. There are no words to describe the amazing experience you would have here.

The service you receive is exceeds what you pay. The staff were so accommodating so the service matched the luxurious hotel environment.

The attentiveness can feel overwhelming at first, but it is all through good intention.

From the minute you walked in you felt welcomed. The level of service and meticulous attention to detail was brilliant. My room was excellent and the amenities just superb. This is an absolute oasis in Delhi. The butler service was incredible and I cannot say more about this hotel - it is the epitome of old worldly service and elegance> I cannot wait to go back!

The staff & service in this hotel is amazing, the staff are lovely super friendly & extremely helpful, the hotel itself is impeccable, and breakfast was delicious. Baoshuan Chinese Restaurant was also absolutely delicious & so worth visiting if you are staying in the hotel or even if you are just looking for a great restaurant to eat at whilst visiting Delhi.

The staff made me and my colleagues feel like celebrities. Every staff was always willing to help and they basically had everything we needed.

awesome service to the point where they remember your name, go the extra mile to get you items from outside market that you want so you are happy, tend to a sick child etc

they gave my daughter free desserts and drinks and toy, and after she fell ill, they got medicine and whatever else I wanted from outside. but I do think they could have given complimentary services like lemonade and coconut water for free etx
