Room was spacious with functional kitchen and fridge. Also loved the terrace.

It was quite hot at nights (july), you are provided with a fan and it helps only a bit, but I guess it is expected to not have AC from the price

Location of the hotel is horiible

The photos posted on the site was not at what we saw in the rooms and surrounding.

The location is relatively central making it an easy walk to most destinations. The bed was comfortable and for a slight temperature control a fan was provided. Our room faced the inner court yard which helped with not having too much noise coming from street at night. Additionally the Wifi was actually very quick and the working area in the room was quite nice in case of you traveling for remote work.

The place was rather shabby with poor ventilation, making the room intensely stuffy. The bathroom was relatively clean but very smelly. The walls are a tether thin, so you can hear your neighbors quite a bit. The balcony’s are deprecated by an easily climbable barrier, which makes one feel the need to shut the outer blinds for the night, which on one hand makes the room inevitably more stuff but on the other makes one feel more separated from their neighbors at night.

Check-in and check-out were fairly simple, all instructions were clearly given by the hotel. The room had a small kitchenette with a lot of utensils.

On the second morning of our stay from 9am on workers started to build up furniture and stuff in the room just next to us. There was a really loud sound of knocking and drilling just next to our head. They told us, they will work like that the whole day and the next 2 days as well. Hotel didn't tell us anything about it, so we went down to complain and had to argue with the reception to get another room.

The property doesn’t look like on the pictures presented at all. Lots of cobwebs, windows were dirty. There is no aircon, a small fen helps but if you have widows open, it is pretty loud on the street.
