A few hiccups that were quickly taken care of by Amanda who went above and beyond, truthfully. The location is phenomenal. Unfortunately, we came during a highly unusual storm with some terrifying high winds and waves so we have some days that weren’t great but there were plenty of options in the area for ordering in and exploring in the rain. Overall, really pleased with the location and stay!

Really nice layout with large front and corner window views of ocean and boardwalk. Garage is small, but fit our Jeep Grand Cherokee. The mattress and linens were great! Kitchen fully stocked with plenty of plates and cook ware. There is even a squegee in the laundry room which is great for cleaning front windows, as the surf was huge our week and keep them a bit wet. Great location, communication with manager was easy and prompt. Highly recommend.

This location is the best on boardwalk in MIssion Beach. Owner and property management were easy to communicate with via text. The layout of this house is perfect for the beach. Elevator actually works! The beds were comfortable and the living space was large enough for us all to gather. The house needs a little bit of paint and an extra wipe with Pledge. The leg on the dining room table needs to be repaired as well.

Our third time staying here! Could not ask for a better location or home! Has everything you need! Great communication and easy check in check out!! Love the availability to walk to shops and restaurants! The patio up and down are both amazing!

Fabulous penthouse condo unit. Everything we needed and more. Loved being “on the beach” with all the grandkids. Used boogie boards, bikes, sand toys, beach chairs, and kite flying. And Don’t miss a stop at Olive Baking co.

Our family had the most amazing vacation at this property. There were 7 of us ages 20 and up. Amanda was a great communicator and made our check in process a breeze. We didn’t really need any assistance from her because everything was very well mapped out. The property is very well stocked of anything you may need. From the bikes to the boogie and surf boards and beach chairs, everything you possibly need is there. We will definitely book here again! This is a beautiful property and the view waking up in the master bedroom is breath taking! Definitely enough room to spread out and have your own space if that is desired. Thank-You so much for a dream vacation in an area that has everything you need right there. We were all very sad to leave and wished we had more days in the beach house! ☀️

Location Location Location! We had a fantastic time visiting mission beach. The property has amazing views and is centrally located. The owners provided many amazing recommendations for food in the area along with beach cruiser bikes to cruise the boardwalk. We had a fantastic time living the SoCal lifestyle in this beach house.

Great location, awesome sunsets, just an over all awesome way to celebrate the end of summer.

We absolutely loved our trip to San Diego and this beach house was a big reason why. The house is stocked with bikes and boogie boards and everything you need to enjoy the area. My kids loved being able to walk right outside to the beach and right outside to bike the boardwalk. We hope to make this spot an annual trip.

This is our 2nd time here, and we love it! As long as we can, we will make it our annual place to book. The condo is great - large and roomy, right on the boardwalk and beach - the location cannot be beat. It's on the quieter part of the boardwalk and yet a few minute walk to the busier part - if that's what you like. All the amenities are great! I would like to see some newer bikes the next time - the ones they are have are quite rusted from the sea air. No complaints, every thing was great!

The view couldn’t be better. The home was clean and the communication with the owner was prompt with every detail about the property. Everyone loved our stay here and wants to come back.

Stayed a few days before Christmas. Easy walking to a the bay and shopping. Lots of room and a great view of the sun setting. Very clean and everything you ever need to enjoy your stay. They were very quick to respond to any messages sent. Very clean and lots of room. Thank you for a great place to stay. Would stay here again!

I've been coming to SD twice a year my whole life and this rental is in the best location. Beds were so comfortable, house is spacious with a great floor plan having a view of the ocean from every angle except the two back bedrooms and with the sliding glass door open to hear the waves crash it reminded me of a bungalow I rented in Costa Rica. The patio from living room to master is a majestic spot for sunset and morning coffee. It was so serene with the unobstructed view of the ocean. Restaurants and bars are only open until 10 so the firepit was well used on the beach. Patio is right on the boardwalk which made it easy to bodysurf and walk back to enjoy a cerveza while slo mo passes by. The two garages for parking are choice because mission bay drive parking is rough. We fit a Tacoma truck in one and a Tahoe in the other. It was tight with the Tahoe and I had to get in and out by climbing out the window but doable. We took the beach cruisers out on the boardwalk to miss bs coconut which i recommend for food and drinks. The only two hiccups were the elevator didn't work. We loaded our luggage and groceries but had to carry it up to the penthouse after trying to get it to work to no avail. Second we were going to take the long boards out but both the front wheels were off the trucks. Other then that I highly recommend this location and will definitely book again. Via con dios!

This property is amazing. It is right on the beach and boardwalk . Amazing ocean views.. It’s big ( 3 bedroom sleeps 8) Lots of patios and decks to relax outside. Large kitchen dining area and living room. And LOTS of games for the kiddies. We had 3 . It is a beautiful penthouse location.

This property has anything you could ever need!! Just pack your sunscreen! Grocery store and tons of restaurants in walking distance. Literally steps from the beach. Slept with doors and windows open each night for the breeze and felt safe because third floor! Great amenities and super clean!!! We’re already picking dates for next year!!! We had 7 people and there was more than enough room and beds. We could’ve had easily 10+!

We slept 5 adults and 9 kids very comfortably in this condo for 5 days. The location could not have been more perfect. The beach was outside our front door. We could walk or bike to plenty of shopping. We did not move our car between arriving and departing. The condo was very clean and provided more kitchen items than your typical rental. Plenty of beach toys kept my kids busy all day surfing, boogie boarding, skim boarding, bicycles and even a fire pit. The WiFi was strong enough for 7 kids to do online school while 2 dads tried to do a little work. The third floor location provided the most gorgeous view and also kept us separated from the local beach traffic. The property manager could not have been more kind and helpful. Overall we were extremely happy with our stay.
