The location off of the main walking street was perfect- we had a gorgeous full view of the Matterhorn was magical. The staff gave us personal attention and there was attention to every detail.

I think I was expecting the spa to be bigger and also no pool, and jacuzzi is an extra charge.

Love the location and the view of Matterhorn from the balcony. Breakfast was great and enjoyed their spa area as well.

Great facilities, clean room with extraordinary view to the Matterhorn and an excellent breakfast buffet. The staff was also very polite, making our stay exceptional.

It was our second stay at the hotel and it was as amazing as the first time. They found out that is was my birthday and at the breakfast next day they've arranged a table for us with "Happy Birthday" decorations. Then they also offered us a "Happy Birthday" cake. Both were great unexpected and very thoughtful surprises. Thank you!

The staffs are so nice. They are so helpful. They recommended us about the trip in Zermatt. We checked out so early and we needed a ride to the station. They arranged for us just in time. Moreover, we told us that this is our honeymoon trip, they gave us bottle of champagne and chocolate which make us so impressed. The breakfast is so good, numerous choices and delicious. The staffs in restaurant are so friendly. The room is super clean and spacious. Very recommended to everyone.

Central Location, unbeatable view as you can see the matterhorn from your bed, super friendly and very attentive staff, especially the 2 ladies at frontline desk, spacious room and very comfortable bed.
