Excellent in terms of friendly, attentive staff. Room was well equipped and clean. Conveniently located and the restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel is a great asset.

Location - is excellent, right in front of the Gloucester Road Station. Proximity to the event venue which was at the Millennium Hotel is ideal especially on rainy/cold days and nights

Room - is small, the basin is too small and so low that I had to stoop in brushing my teeth

Rooms are too small, beds are very uncomfortable. Air conditioners are broken, it was working 5 minutes very well after that it blows cold again.

Shower and bath comfortable and effective. The common areas in the hotel are well maintained and look good. The staff are always caring and responsive to customer requests.

Rooms are very dusty. Bed and mattress terribly uneven and uncomfortable. House keeping does not vacuum or take dust out of the room. The staff are caring and respectful, unfortunately there is a serious absence of standards in the housekeeping and the condition of the bedding. There is no business room or spare PC for customers to use, for those of us without laptops.

we were asked to make an online incheck which we did but at arrival at the hotel they asked all the information again. also the lobby was a bit small

My room was lovely and well appointed and great location

it was my 2nd and last time at this hotel. I came because I was very satisfied at first, but this time our shopping bag was lost in the room, we contacted the hotel management. They looked at the cameras and said that the cleaner took it for garbage. there was so many new things was inside. its insane.

Great hotel, comfy beds. I have stayed many times and it always meets my expectations. Always very helpful staff.

No after hours meals easily available for overseas customers unused to using Uber Eats apps.

Clean and a good size.

Too hot. The air conditioning either wasn't on or wasn't working. Opening a window in London is not really an option if you want to sleep.
