dem Wunsch nach barrierefreiem Zimmer wurde entsprochen. Und es war gross.

Das Zimmer ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der Boden im Bad mangelhaft überstrichen, stellenweise abgenutzt/abgeblättert. Dadurch wirkt das Bad unansehnlich.

Facilities and location were ideal for visiting Aberdeen. Cost for our stay was very reasonable

Food could have been hotter and to run out of eggs at 8.30am for a company that size is disappointing.

The staff were amazing. So friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely. I especially enjoyed the sausages. The location was perfect for us.

I was able to get a glass of wine in the evening which was great, but my daughter was not able to get a hot chocolate which was disappointing. We often stay at a holiday inn express in Glasgow and she usually gets one there, so we thought it would be the same. They also appeared to be short staffed in the evening which I did not mind, but someone checking in was a bit rude to the girl that was serving me as a result.

The breakfast was a better selection than I expected. It was nice and hot food was replenished regularly. The staff were very attentive.

There were stains on the couch and some carpets but bed sheets and towels were all clean and fresh.

Check in girl very good, overall staff friendly, bathroom feels a little grubby due to age but was clean, excellent location, great value and good breakfast.

Bed is so comfy! There's GRAB AND GO breakfast for people who can't have it there like us, we were rushing for our morning tour So that's very handy.TQ

The rooms are not sound proofed at all..so happened there's many family with kids travelling and staying on the same floor with us and the kids were playing even around 10.ish pm....running along the corridor..going from rooms to rooms..etc quite annoying..we had fallen asleep but was awakened by the kids playing outside our room along the hallways..were quite annoyed.!! Told reception. It is a bit of a walk to the train station but walkable of course!

Property location is good - just off Union Street. Very clean and staff were pleasant. Excellent breakfast.

The breakfast was lovely and the staff were nice.

Didn't get any sleep with the noise until after 4am. A shame paying so much for no sleep. Didn't feel it was worth what I paid.

I have regular trips to Aberdeen, as my daughter is at RGU, and I love to bring my wee dog. I've stayed a few times now and on all occasions, the room has been beautiful and clean, the staff are always very pleasant and helpful, the breakfast is fantastic and your central. My elderly mum often travels with me too and the car park is very useful as she has a disabled badge. All our experiences at your hotel have been Fabulous and totally value for money. I always recommend you. It fulfills all our needs as a family and my wee pooch.
