We didn’t like anything we’re 8 of us with 3 rooms paid 205 euros not worth for that money and will never ever go there again very bad staff very bad service lift not working broken toilet seat broken shower no water for the flush very not no fan dirty towels and bed linens please remove it from booking.com and if possible please refund my money thank you

The location is very central. We were also able to check in earlier.

The place had a bedbug infestation. Every skin patch that was in contact with the sheets was filled with bites in the morning. The staff showed no sign they care when I mentioned it - no commitment to desinfect the place, no apology, let alone a refund. There was mold and humidity all over, appliances that wouldn't work or were broken, and the place reeked of cigarette smoke. We thought one night can't possibly be that bad, but we were wrong. It's a shame the place is not in the hands of people that care more about it. Even without renovation or modern furnishing, it would be decent if they took care of it - fix things as they break, buy new sheets once a decade, keep it clean and tidy. But unfortunately, that was not our experience.

Strange room layout, furniture blocking entry to bed area, washing basin blocking entry to bathroom. Useless appliances occupying space: a fridge that is not working, a broken tv set of 1980s. The floor has a hole covered with broken tile pieces.

Too dark lobby. Poor internet service. Very shabby overall.
