Great fenced backyard for the dogs. All mod cons. Lovely views from the front of the house. Just a short drive into Halls Gap. Thank you for a pleasant stay. If we travel to the Grampians again we will stay here.

The house was incredible! Great location, great house and had everything we needed for our stay. Definitely would recommend staying here to anyone looking it was such a good time!

Myself, a friend, my three adult children & their three mates all easily fitted into this house very comfortably. We all enjoyed both the house, its ample amenities and that gorgeous view of the mountains. The only thing this house lacks to make it a full holiday (for mum) is a dishwasher, but we all pitched in.

The house had everything we needed, and more! The kids loved the toys and cubby. Lots of space to spread out and beautiful views. Excellent communication from our hosts. We can’t wait to come back

very comfortable house with almost everything provided.. good quality towels, comfy bed and soft linen.. beautiful views, relaxing walks, big backyard, pet friendly and to top it off even had Milo - which to a milo loving family rates very high 😄.. mobile reception was poor but did not bother us too much as the purpose of the trip was to spend quality family time

The property was located perfectly in a quiet neighbourhood away from the main tourist crowd but still within a 2-min drive into town....or use the bicycles graciously provided by the owner. Overlooking the mountains, waking up to that view was priceless. Clean and had everything that my sister and I and our pets needed. Prompt communication from Barry as well. Thank you for a stunning stay. We'll be back! :)

Very comfy large home, which suits a family with dog/s, you have to be aware its not in the town, but definitley a good stroll with some beautiful views on the way, nice to be on the outside of town especially during school holidays, where town is completely packed

Brilliant place to stay close to hotel shopping and sites to see. Highly recommended the place for holiday. Have already booked for April 24

The property was perfect and position only added to it. I was able to leave my whippets there knowing they were safe while i ventured out to look at various things. The Wood pile did give a little concern as it reached the fence height. Luckily dogs did not try to climb it. Pub down the road was fantastic. Halls Gap has so much to offer though next time we will come at the other end of the week as too much is closed Monday and Tuesday. The house has everything you would want. just need to get groceries in Stawall or Ararat as Hall Gap groceries are very expensive, but we did get enough to get by. Thanks so much Bruce and Lindsey. Nice place to stay for a busy weekend in the mountains

felt right at home emmersed in nature with an open view of kangaroo filled land opposite the property for us to watch over while drinking our morning coffee as the sun rose over the mountains! highly recommend for any family with just a short walk or shorter drive from halls gap central with its beautiful range of places to eat and play

Very clean and in a good position near pub (Walk) fully fenced for our dog security. Took boat out to Lake Fyans about 15 - 20 mins away.

Lovely house. Clean, well equipped in all rooms and plenty of space to spread out and enjoy that view of the mountain range. There were 5 of us and we all loved it. It’s about a 3 min drive or 15 minute stroll into the township. Far enough out to be away from the “tourist” noise, yet close enough to get to it when you want to. Had a great 4 days.

We had a lovely time staying in this spacious and clean property. Great view from front balcony where many cockatoos and other birdlife visit. Numerous kangaroos and some emus nearby. Very quiet and peaceful and a short drive or walk to local pub and Halls Gap main street.

Well appointed and located home. Very comfortable, clean and nice views from the garden and some windows. Wood heater is a bonus for cold days.

Clematis House was delightful,spotlessly clean,generously supplied had beautiful views ,a lovely quiet street with easy access to nice walks and town.

A very nice house with great view, well maintained and spacious. Close walk to the pub and short trip to town. It was excellent for our week stay.

The kids loved how the animals come up for a visit and wait to be fed, they also loved the cubby and the toys . We as parents loved the peace and quiet just a shame it was raining.

Amazing experience, spectacular views, abundance of wildlife. Beautiful home, four bedrooms, fireplace or reverse cycle air-conditioner, great water pressure. Washing machine and dryer, an abundance of games if it’s wet. Bikes to take a ride around. Can see waterfall from the front yard daily. Kangaroos, emus, wild deer and Cockys can be seen almost daily. Will be booking again…

A perfect family retreat for the whole family, including our fur baby. The house is perfect, spacious and comfortable. The emus and kangaroos walk / hop right past the property, and extensive birds play in the front garden. We loved our stay.

Loved this home! It has everything you need and a few extras likes the bikes to ride. Very clean and tidy. The large fireplace keeps the house warm. You can watch the wild animals roam out front every day. Wonderful experience. Owners were a delight to seal with. Would love to come back!

We had a lovely stay in this very convenient house. Lovely big wood heater kept us warm as toast on the Winter mornings. Comfy beds with plenty of blankets and spare linen. Great shower pressure and plenty of hot water. Sparkling clean accomodation with well equipped kitchen. Just a short walk or bike ride from Halls Gap town centre.

I have always enjoyed staying at this property. Beautiful view and close to the village. I will rent again in the future!

Very comfortable roomy house with all essentials , television and lots of games. Reverse cycle air conditioning and wood heating (if required) and "just out of town" yet close to shops and pub. Lots of wildlife to see, close and afar.

Overall v excellent. Suggest broom for sweeping floors. Wood fire great. Paint steps white at front so they can be seen in the dark. Two of us fell off. Did not want for anything. Generous supplies. Cubby and sandpit great idea for kids and selection of games for adults. No phone access with Vodaphone. Our group consistedofGrand parents grand children and parents. Thank you
