The views, cleanliness and location was amazing!!

Great place. We enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed here. It was well equipped and comfortable.

Perfect view, location is excellent. Easy check in and communication.

Over all the stay was nice. I was irritated that when i found food crumbs and ants across the floor. The response was to bring ant bait, which would be fine, except they left it at the door with the expectation that i would be setting it out. The heat was centralized in the hallway, and did not really warm up the rest of the unit. Would have been nice to have some sort of awning or cover on the porch.

We had a great weekend, place was clean, had everything we needed and close proximity to restaurants and shops.

Overall it was a nice, relaxing stay, in a great location close to restaurants and shops, and would stay there again.

Great little condo

I have been staying at the Embarcadero for close to 40 years when I visit Newport. The views of the bridge from each room cannot be beat. This unit was well-appointed and clean. We enjoyed bringing in the new Year in this quiet location with gorgeous views

Nice little property with a great Bay view.

We took this trip to celebrate our 20th anniversary. We chose this room because we decided to bring my mom and youngest daughter and this room could accommodate the four of us. We were thrilled to find that the room was exactly what we saw in the photos. We couldn't find sheets for the murphy bed, just blankets-- but it was still comfortable. We loved access to the private dock for crabbing and had a great time visiting with other travelers as we sat around the boiling pots waiting to prepare our catch of the day. There was a sailboat that parked right outside our deck and we wondered if that was the actual owner of the condo, keeping an eye on us. lol Whoever they were, they seemed harmless enough, and perhaps just a part of life on the water. All in all, we had a great time and definitely plan to return!

This place is beautiful and the location makes you feel as if you are on the water. The bay was absolutely serene while we were there. We had a wonderful time.

Many areas had not been properly dusted. All dressers were full of owner materials. There was no dresser room for guests.

The property itself was nice and we loved the location. However, the unit wasn’t clean (floors gritty, dirty dishes in washer, mug in cabinet full of bacon grease). It was very noisy all day because of the landscaping during the day and the unit above blasting music from night into the morning. We were told to advise the landscaper to stop what he was doing while we were staying in the unit due to our infant needing to sleep. We didn’t think that she be our responsibility to tell them not to do their job. Some advanced notice of the noises would have been appreciated due to the fact it was hard for our baby to sleep all day which ruined our trip. We also had to pay a cleaning fee for a unit that wasn’t clean.

This was a wonderful location and very relaxing. Veiws are stunning. Overall stay was great, just some little things that need to be updated. The pans in the kitchen are way beyond needing to be replaced. The fan in the bathroom should be separated from the heat lamp. Not all outlets work properly and tge beds are very hard.

The view and wood stove really made this unit cozy and fun for our stay. We also had amazing sunny weather for 3 days in the middle of winter which was great!

This was on the first floor thing. If you have stairs going down, just be aware they are pretty steep, but they have them covered with gripping to prevent falling. The place is extremely clean. And so cozy with a fireplace, you will need to bring your own wood. They have a bed that pulls down in the living room so convenient they just ask you to put down the carpet paddings under the feet to prevent damage. I will say the people above us were extremely noisy causing us to be up most the night, but that was kind of a given. Also I was hoping this was closer to the pool and dock. But the walk wasn’t too far. We will be back for sure.

We really enjoyed our weekend getaway with family. The house very nice and plenty big for four adults. Bathroom could have been a little cleaner but overall the house was nice and tidy! Morning coffee on the porch was the best part, the view is amazing!

We came here for R & R and it was perfect. We slept in the Murphy bed so we could wake up to the bay view which is amazing. Far enough away from the wharf that the sound of sea lions is a distant fun sound but close enough to walk to everything; beach, restaurants, Nye Beach, and The Wharf. I just love this place.

We loved the view and the apartment. I wish there was air conditioning, but overall amazing view and nice place. Had everything we could have ever needed during our trip!

Me and my two young girls stayed here for a few days on our fall break. It was convenient to everything we wanted to do, the place was clean, and well equipped for our group! We’d definitely stay again!

The balcony overlooking Yaquina Bay was a joy. Absolutely loved having my coffee on the balcony every morning and watching the boats, birds, seals and clouds pass by. The condo has a view of the lovely Newport Bridge. The beds were comfortable, even the Murphy bed. It was quiet for a condo during our stay and while we didn’t use the kitchen to cook, everything worked and it had all the glasses, plates & utensils necessary. Also, it was very clean. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Loved it.

We have stayed here several times and never have been disappointed. The condo is well equipped and clean with a spectacular, unobstructed view of the bay. It is within easy walking distance of old town Newport where you will find great restaurants and shops, taking in the fishing activity of the bay. Don't miss the fresh fish cafe/takeout spot slightly south of the bridge on 101. Best place to pick up fish for cooking at the condo.

We loved the beautiful views from the deck on this condo. The unit was spacious and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. They even had full ice trays in the freezer when we checked in which felt very thoughtful to us.

Place was not very clean. Trundle bed had used and sandy sheets and when we called to let them know they said someone would come and change them, but never did. We ended upcgsmging the sheers ourselves. Rugs are pretty dirty and stained and they had a dirty used bath mat in the bathroom. Dryer has a broken dryer vent, which is a fire hazard. Location was decent and the kids enjoyed the pool but I wouldn't recommend staying here.
