El desayuno super completo, el personal muy amable, la habitación muy cómoda y la piscina y las instalaciones miy bien cuidadas. El traslado desde el aeropuerto disponible cada 15 minutos. Muy recomendable

Practical very close to the airport, 24/7 check in. Shuttlebus every 15 mn. Spacious rooms. Swimmingpool.

Location near airport but of course there is airport noise
Guests should be forewarned that the shuttle runs past the airport pickup point but it sometimes is 3 lanes over to the left and the driver never slowed or tried to get over to pick up people. After happening a couple times the front desk radioed the driver and he then moved to the right lane on the next trip by to pick us up.

Free shuttle from the airport. When you arrive in San Jose late at night, this hotel is your best bet, because it is only 5 minutes away from the airport, and you don’t have to drive at night, which can sometimes be challenging in SanJose, especially if this is your first time in the country. And it is only a short walk away to various car rental companies.

Easy shuttle to the airport
The doors to each guest room will slam loudly if you don’t close them gently. Would be nice to fix this issue since people are coming and going at all times of the day and night.

It was convenient and easy to get to from the airport.

Grabbed some fresh coffee and some fruit before catching the free shuttle to the airport. It made morning travel easy and comfortable.
The only thing I didn't like was the sound proofing of the room. Got woken up early to very loud music from the next room. Also out of hotel staffs control but the alarm clock in the room went off at 2:30 am.

Airport shuttle is always available and with the airport being so close it’s just a short ride.
Meat too close to non-meat foods at breakfast which means many customers use the same utensils for both. No good for non meat eaters after the non-meat has been contaminated by such thoughtless people. Why not keep the meat away from non-meat foods.

Too close to the airport and our room was too close to front desk so it was noisy all night,

Shuttle was amazing. We got a takeaway breakfast because our flight was so early which was brilliant. It is so close to the airport so we got to sleep in as long as we could. The pool was amazing.
The air-conditioning wasn't working so the room was very hot.
