Check in was fast They said would send an extra key and never did. There were two pull out sofas. The first one was stuck closed and we could not open, the second won was broken. Had to pick up a 7 year old that slid down through the hole one the corner of the bed. It look likeit had been fixed at one time with zip ties that were all broken. (This happen twice were I woke up in the morning to a child sleeping on the floor due to the bed being broken.) Usally you would expect someone to come in and clean and take the trash out. Asked for a broom and mop which we never recieved. (When your by the beach your going to have sand.) The cook top on the electric stove made it unussable and the caution line was always on that said hot elements. In all the room was nice funiture was a bit worn. In all the place was a little worn down for the price.

The oven and stove are not in working order which made our stay difficult. We planned to cook meals in the untilso this made it difficult. One day the oven would not shut off which was a fire hazard. I would also recommend a broom be left for use.

Everyone on the property was welcoming and kind. I would have to say that the unit could use some updating, especially in the kitchen (stove) and in the bedrooms (mattresses and pillows). Overall experience with the property was great!

Amazing rental good location. Awesome view the only thing you may need that we usually don’t take are pool towels only because most have pool towels on site or in place.

Plenty of space for our family in a great location!

The check in and check out process was easy and the property and pool was very clean and up-kept. Staff was very nice but we had to ask for wash clothes and hand towels as the only towels that were in the unit were the large towels. We also asked for the filtered water that was supposed to be provided but never received it. The specific unit goods: Great patio and views! Rooms and bathrooms were good size and comfy. The specific unit safety concerns: The stove needs to be fixed or replaced. (One burner does not work at all and the rest are iffy at best and the hot burner light stays on always and my wife burnt her hand because of it). The fire extinguisher needs to be filled, service or replaced it shows that it is empty. The specific unit not so goods: The couch is not very comfy (the cushions are flat and stiff). There was only 1 fork in all of the utensils so we had to eat with spoons with our meals. Also it would have been nice to have a kitchen towel. Overall we had a nice stay just missed the "wow" with this particular unit. Thanks Mike
