Céntrico, personal amable, hotel limpio y ordenado. Buen desayuno.

El área de fumado es cerca de la entrada al hotel y el humo de mete a las instalaciones del hotel.

Hotel céntrico, con restaurante y desayuno incluido. Habitación limpia y bastante silenciosa.

El hotel en sí necesita una renovación urgente, todas las instalaciones son bastante viejas, sobre todo la moqueta en la habitación que desprende un olor a viejo... pero también el secador de pelo que no funcionaba, los enchufes medio sueltos, muebles viejos...un aire decadente en general que hace que la relación calidad/precio no sea la adecuata

Hôtel très bien situé, dans le centre ville. A proximité des rues piétonnes, des musées et des parcs. L'endroit est propre, les chambres sont spacieuses. Le personnel est accueillant et agréable. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et complet (salé et sucré). Un grand parking fermé et surveillé fait partie intégrante de l'hôtel. Nous ne l'avons pas trouvé spécialement bruyant, mais c'est un tribu bien faible à payer pour être en hyper centre.

Locations was good. Housekeeping staff were lovely. Quiet at night.

Room key repeatedly stopped working and had to be reset. When I asked if the card was the problem I was told it was not and it was my fault for “putting it near my phone”. Eventually the card was replaced (after a day of having to go to reception every time I wanted to access my room) and then worked completely fine. Despite having a sign suggesting the hotel is a safe place for women, there were a number of very old foreign men with very young local women. The vibe was very uncomfortable and it was the only hotel in Costa Rica where I saw this.

I loved the breakfast and the staff were fantastic! average room which was large and comfy but a loud aircon (understandable) but overall very comfy and cheap. Felt very very safe.

Hard for food delivery drivers to locate :(

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Banks were closed but the casino next door exchanged money for us at an ok rate. Parking was very secure and free. Breakfast was great!

Air conditioner worked but was noisy!

Breakfast was sufficient and warm, with an attentive lady helping us all. The hotel was located in the center of the city, which allowed us to get sim card and other essentials before moving on to our next destinations. The room was big and clean. Nothing to complain.

The neighborhood (the roads immediately surrounding the hotel were okay) can be a little sketchy at night, so as a tourist, you should be careful walking around at night.

The location is fabulous. You can walk to all the attractions in San Jose from the hotel. It also has a park across the street. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We had a very late flight the following day and the hotel gave us two options: we could either leave our luggage with the hotel or pay a small fee and check-out the following evening which is what we did. We liked that we could return from a day of touring and rest for a bit before heading to the airport. The breakfast was only okay, but the workers really hustled. It was clean and like I already stated, a great location for sight seeing and the pedestrian strip.

The hotel has everything as a 5 star hotel, is safe, xlean and quiet and also an amazing location in San Jose. In general the personnel of the hotel were gentle and very good manners. The breakfast was delicous and we startrd our vacations in Coata Rica with a huhe smile and good mood. The hotel is "highly recommemded". Thank you sleep Inn Family
