Great location, everything is walking distance. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful especially a lady called petroulla. Hotel is very clean, had new towels every day. Pool was very clean

There was no outdoor playground and is mentioned in the welcome guidance. The one of the two elevators was out of order two times on a rush time (morning) as a result to use the stairs as the second elevator was busy.

The staff was very friendly and excellent professionals. The location of the hotel is great and has really good associated restaurants. Facilities were good, particularly the swimming pools and the pool bar!

My only complain is the breakfast options. While most things were great and with a good selection (including cereal, savoury breakfast, cheeses, hot items), the sweet breakfast (with the exception of pancakes) was not very good. Most things were pre-packaged and lacked the freshness one needs from cake for example.
