Мы не заехали в эти апартаменты! После того как я забронировал и оплатил апартаменты мне пришло письмо от хозяина с требованием отменить брониронирование! Хозяйка апартаментов говорила что ошибка на стороне Booking.com и у нее нет номера для нас. Я отказал. Так как терял деньги в случае отмены брони. На следующий день когда мы приехали в апартаменты хозяйка отказалась нас принимать. Только после того как я пригрозил ей полицией она согласилась вернуть деньги.

Very clean room and bathroom. Friendly host.

The owner was really friendly and nice, she greeted us with candy and was very helpful. The property is really well organised and clean, even though it was low season the owners were hard at work the whole time. It looks really nice for camping because the property is full of gorgeous old olive trees and is right on the beach. We were in an apartment, which was also very clean, comfortable and warm. It has everything you need and what I really liked was the bedding. It's personal taste but a lot of places in Montenegro use sheets and blankets and this place offered a duvet, which I prefer. The location is very quiet off season which was great for us as we don't mind doing a bit of cooking and there's a small market nearby. If restaurants are your thing you are a short drive away from many. All in all I really liked it and had a nice time. Simple, well priced accommodation in a beautiful setting. I love the olive trees.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Oliva apartments. Yard with so many old olive trees is right accross the beach and looks gorgeus, apartment is new, well equiped and confortable. Owners are always ready to help. Best recommendation.

Great place for a relax. Really quiet and close the beach. The apartment located in the garten. The kitchenette well-equipped.The owner really helpful.

The location is excellent, it is really on the seaside just opposite the beach. The garden is full with old olive-trees. Comment: We stayed only one night.

In a small room there were 3 beds, little spce remained for us. The bethrom opened from the corridor, however it was private.

Apartments Oliva have great location. Pebbled beach is about 20 metres fare. We booked apartment that should have been 45 square metres big, but I'm sure it was not. There were three beds and almost no space around. Bathroom was outside the room, accessible from the hallway and there was no key avaible to lock it. Kithen was outside the builfing on shared terace. We didn't like it, so we asked the lady if she couldn give us different apartment. Finally she gave us very nice spacious apartment with balcony. We enjoyed our stay a lot. It was clean. Furniture was little old, but worked well. Beach is nice in Utjeha, not that overcrowded as in Sutomore or Petrovac. Sea is beautifully clean.

First apartment we booked was small and was composed strangely (kitchen on the terrace, bathroom excessible from the hallway with no key). But we made a change for bigger apartment with terrace that was nice.
