Veldig fin Strand, nok solsenger for alle og absolutt den beste pizza jeg har smakt. Kjøpes på stranden . Fine bade håndklær. Veldig fint rundt hotellet med palmer , plen osv…

Langt avstand til rommene fra resepsjon og Strand. Flere ganger problem med nøklene. Vi var tre personer , ingen nøkkel virket. Måtte springe frem og tilbake til resepsjonen. Til slutt måtte låset byttes. Mannen jobbet 3 timer og vi kom oss ikke ut. Få av personalet som pratet engelsk. Veldig vanskelig med kommunikasjon og noen var veldig uhøflig .

Le petit déjeuner était incroyable, la chambre décorée avec soin le lit très confortable et l’endroit est bien positionné par rapport aux activités.

On pourrait décaler l’heure de fermeture de la piscine car quelque fois en journée le soleil empêche la baignade donc le soir c’est plus pratique.

Nous avons apprécié le petit déjeuner et le diner à l'hôtel, la piscine très belle, les prestations du spa . Nous avons également apprécié l'animation du bar le soir..

Gros problème avec la clim qui ne rafraichissait pas vraiment , le coq qui nous a réveillé deux jours de suite à 4h du matin , les animaux ( chats, poules, coq ) au restaurant ( salle extérieure)),

Personnel aux compétences déplorables, tellement de couacs sur un séjour de 2 jours que cela en devient dramatique compte tenu du standing annoncé

The resort is spacious, with several restaurants, pool and beachfront. The beach was clean and you have access to jet ski rentals. The hotel is in walking distance from car rental facilities, casino and le gosier area with restaurants and shops. The employees were friendly. Breakfast was nice with many options, wildlife on the property was a plus! Chickens, cats, lizards, birds and iguanas!

It would have been nice to have a few touches inside the room, coffee and tea would have been nice. Price of beverages was expensive 5€ for a coffee.

I liked the room and breakfast.

The Air Condition was spasmodic. However, I made a complaint and it was dealt with very quickly, except I had to move all my belongings to another beautiful Suite without any help, which I thought was not helpful.

Marigot Palms is a real gem. Beautiful rooms, great views and fabulous host. Bonus is one of the best restaurants in the Caribbean across the road.

The setting was beautiful

Language difficulties we spoke little to no French and staff spoke little English but that was no disrespect to them we got by.

Friendly staff, lovely beach and garden, big room and a great premium restaurant.

The water was never hot for shower, buffets were excellent but a bit boring after a while. It’s supposed to be the Creole Beach and Spa but there wasn’t a booking available in the Spa for the entire week of our holiday which was a real let down.

Staff at the pool bar were so friendly and quick. Food was tasty and ready quickly. Walkable area with plenty of quick dining options and market across the street. The water sports booth was a hit with my children.

The breakfast was plentiful but didn’t have a variety of options from day to day. Room was a bit dated.

The breakfast was terrific.

This may not be the best destination for American travelers. Very few folks in Guadeloupe speak English. Our room was comfortable and clean. Great pool and beach area, but both nights of our stay a rooster crowed incessantly outside our window and on one of the nights two cats fought for over an hour. After the first sleepless night, the hotel had a party on the beach outside our room and the band kept us awake until the rooster could take over. This may sound like the angry American tourist, and I don’t mean it to be that way, but our questions and issues could not be addressed because I don’t speak French and almost no one speaks anything but broken English.

Spa : rude and not friendly spa manager. Rooms : the air-conditioning was broken. They do not have a spare fan to handle in case. Very old room and bathroom with mould. Staff : Not friendly and overbooked. Impossible to make a reservation over the phone. They are always calling you back... It is a 3-stars hotel not a 4-stars.
