Very nice place,this B&B is spotlessly clean and modern. It is in a lovely quiet area ,15 minutes on foot to arrive to Vesuvius( this street opened 2 months ago) and 5 minutes by car to ruins of Pompeii, Hercolanum,in front of there is restaurant and near train stations. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom spotless, new,there was a mini fridge in the room and a bottle of wine (Falanghina)..very good..on our arrival.Thanks. There is also outside of the room,a tea machine,and for cold water.We have parking closed for our car.Beautiful garden.Excellent breakfast.Ciro and his wife Paola are lovely! When we left,had a late flight and Ciro was lovely letting us leave our small cases in the B&B until 6pm. This is such a lovely B&B and I would recommend staying here, we couldn’t fault it

-- Wonderful, clean and comfortable place. The breakfast was great. Fresh croissants delivered. Coffee made and juices also available. We could pick the time we wanted breakfast at. We received a very warm welcome when we arrived at the property and showed everything. We were even given recommendations for restaurants. Communication was fantastic. Location was perfect to visit Pompeii ruins,Naples,Vesuvius,Hercolanum ,Sorrento Coast. The room was very clean and comfortable with amazing sea view! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We’re kind enough to let us leave our luggage there before check in and after check out on our last day so we could do more tours without having to take it all with us. Seriously if you are looking for a place to stay, don’t hesitate to choose B&B Giardino di Villa Anna!

Wonderful place and extremely lovely people that run and own the property. The room was extremely clean and well equipped, comfy beds, loads of hot water and big towels and a big balcony with a wonderful sea view!The place was conveniently located and within walking distance for the town, the local restaurants, the station and for the Pompei attraction,Vesuvius,Naples and Amalfitan coast.We enjoyed being able to sit outside and chill with a nice glass of wine and good company in the villa' s Garden.Parking closed for our car. Ciro is a great host, very nice, generous and helpful with everything. He was very kind ,found us a guide for the excavations of Pompeii and booked us tickets for Vesuvius. The room is big, very well equipped and extremely clean,with a very large balcony equipped with a table and chairs where you could admire the sea of Sorrento ... Fantastic ... Spotlessly clean bathroom. Everything works very fine. Breakfast is plentiful and varied. Great location, close to the Pompeii ruins, near the highway. It is easy to set out from here to visit all the attractions surrounding Naples and Amalfitan Coast. Parking closed for the car. Magnificent accomodation for short and long stays. I heartily recommend it.

This is the best experience I've had whilst staying in B&B. Ciro and Paola were great hosts.We stayed here three days for 15th August (In Italy is a holiday) and it was a wonderful experience. Ciro booked us a small private boat where we could admire the beautiful fireworks in Sorrento. The room was cleaned to an exceptional standard. She was spacious and light and had a wonderful sea view of Sorrento. The bathroom was modern and had everything I needed.Communication with the hosts was easy and they replied straight away.Sure parking for our car.Excellent breakfast.I recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in or around Pompeii and Vesuvius!

Mr. Ciro & his wife Paola are one of the best hosts I have ever met! Ciro gave us many helpful advices - what & how to visit around Naples area. He even transported us to the train station with his own car. Apartment & the wiew were just stunning, as well as cleanness of it. I definitely recomend to order accomodation with the breakfast - absolutely excellent ! Restaurant I NOBILI DEL VESUVIO across the street is also excellent - again recomended by Ciro. We spent there each dinner during our stay. In general - If I could, I would put 15 points of 10 - everything in this place was just perfect! DEFINITELY GO THERE!!!

Amazing welcome, secure parking,everything you need if arriving with an expensive bike / car.Wonderful hosts,Ciro and Paola,they gave us all the tips and a map and explained everything we needed to know,they were both really Lovely!Nice and quiet Room with sea view, very clean. There are also two nice restaurant nearby,no expensive.Pompeii,Herculaneum Vesuvius ,Sorrento to few km I could not praise my hosts more highly. Thanks for everything.Totally recommend!

This place was great. The entire B&B was spotlessly clean and well maintained,fantastic garden.My room was comfortable ,with sea view,and the host went above and beyond. The location is a great point to explore the area. Sorrento and Napoli are easy to reach and the Pompeii archeological site and Vesuvius month are near.Parking closed for my car.Excellent breakfast.The host,Ciro, makes sure you have everything you need and is available to answer any questions you may have about the area and offer suggestions. I loved my stay. If I’m ever back in Pompeii I will definitely be staying here!

Really glad I found this place. It is really well located and was perfect for our stay. It is very close to the ruins of Pompeii, Vesuvius and the Amalfi Coast. The room was very comfortable and very clean and we had a nice view of the island of Capri. The wifi worked fine. Closed parking. Ciro was a fabulous host. Extremely welcoming and very helpful. Beautiful and peaceful place. Great location for exploring Pompei, a step away from the archeological park. Extremely good starting point for visiting Naples, Amalfi Coast, Herculanum, Vesuvius, Paestum and Royal Palace of Caserta (Wonderful). The hosts were extremely friendly, available for any help. Very clean and spacious room, big balcony with sea view (very nice and Romantic)... Breakfast very tasty, with fresh bread, ham, eggs, cheese ,orange juice and croissant. Safe parking space for the car. The structure accepts pets (free). Will stay there again next time visiting Pompei.

Ciro and Paola are amazing friendly people who went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Nothing was too much to ask, Ciro helped us out with information and directions. He even brought and picked us up from the train station! Amazing view from the room, huge breakfast with lots to choose from. We really enjoyed our stay!

Ciro and his wife Paola (and if course their little lovely dog Kiko :-)) were the perfect hosts! They welcomed us like we were part of their family and gave us a lot of information and recommendations about the area and what to discover. Ciro even took us to the train station and helped us buying the right tickets. He noticed that one of our car lights was broken and took us to a garage to fix it! We really felt like there is nothing we could us have asked them, they were always very lovely and supportive! Every morning we had an exceptional breakfast with local specialties and they even gave us some nice bread to take with us when we left. Our rooms (we had even two bedrooms!) were the best equipped we've ever seen. They even provided travel guides in our language! The location is perfect if you want to visit Naples, Sorrento, Pompeii and Vesuvio. We often parked our car (very good, safe place!) and uses the train. Nearby there is a great restaurant were you can get traditional, delicious pizza. We highly recommend Ciro's and Paola's accommodation! Looking forward to visit them soon.

We stayed almost one week in the B&B. Paola and Ciro are exceptional hosts. They made our stay very relaxing and enjoyable. They gave us also some tips for places to visit, train/bus timetables, etc, or are available if you need further information. The B&B is located on the foothill of the Vesuv. A good location to explore Napoli, Vesuv, Pompei, Sorrento, Amalfi Coast or Salerno either by car or by train. The room that we have booked has two bedrooms with a balcony overlooking the south/east part of the Bay of Naples. It was equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was huge and very tasteful compared to other B&B (fresh croissants, baguette, salad and fruits, ham/salami, cheese, juice, etc.) As we arrived by car, a secure indoor parking across the street of the B&B was available for free. The train station (Torre Annunziata Oplonti) is around 20 min walk from the B&B. We walked there sometimes, however, Ciro was also kind to bring us there and pick us up by his car. The entrance to the motorway Naples-Salerno is only 5 min by car. So, a perfect and relaxing stay in a B&B.

Despite the fact that the house is decorated with taste and the view is stunning from your cosy room/appartement. Anna and Ciro are the nicest hosts I ever had. To be honest I was not expecting such a hospitality and kindness, they made my stay wonderful. They gave me a lot of good informations and plans, and even proposed to drive me to the train station (for free). These kind is actions make the difference I highly recommend to book your stay at Anna & Ciro house. They also have a nice dog and cat, for animal lovers like me it counts. Thank you for everything

We had such a memorable stay here! Ciro, Paola and their Maltese Chicco were such lovely hosts! Ciro and Paola had arranged everything for us so thoughtfully! The room, the view from the balcony, the lush gardens around the house and their pets together created a brilliant experience for us. We stayed here for just a night and we’re still beating ourselves up for not staying longer! Highly recommend this place.

Breakfast was elaborate. The view was amazing. The hosts were kind and very friendly, always willing to help and give suggestions and have a little chat. They have a very cute dog. The B&B is not too far from Naples or all surrounding areas. Very recommended.

This place is a little gem. The perfect getaway from a crowded city, where you can hear the birds singing. A small villa with a quiet and beautiful garden, where you are surrounded by flowers and colors and easily put your mind and soul at ease. The rooms have beautiful views to this perfect garden or to the field that lies in the back of the house and stretches all the way to Naples bay. If there are fireworks in the sky, from Villa Anna you have seats in the front row. Everything was clean and had that typical Mediterranean feel, with small and enchanting little details everywhere and the best coffee at breakfast. Just across the villa there is a restaurant with great people, a large terrace and delicious food. Also the train station is close and if you want to move around, you can get to anywhere, from Naples to Costiera Amalfitana. Our stay was short but beautiful and our lovely hosts made us feel just like being home, to mamma and pappa. I can only hope to see them again soon.

We would highly recommend this place to every traveller. We stayed here two nights. The place is located between the Vesuvius and the archaeological area of Pompeii, but also Amalfitan Coast is very close. The room comes with a stunning balcony with sea view and a modern bathroom. Free parking inside the garage is included. Both of the owners have been very helpful! They texted us before our arrival, and from that moment on we could ask them anything, tips on restaurants, busses and they even made reservation at a restaurant for us!

Everything about the property was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. It is a beautiful tranquil villa so close to Pompeii. Breakfast was delicious with a large selection on offer. Beautiful views from the terrace of the room. So relaxing to sit in the beautiful garden after a days sightseeing. Private parking closed was a huge bonus.
