ロケーションは最高でした、昔主人が若い頃、このホテルに泊まり素晴らしいロケーションと。
夕食は、三枚のチケットで交換でしたがそんなには食せないから必要としない。お寿司も最悪鮮度がなくお造りも粗末。デザートと種類がなく貧弱でした。

施設自体は若干の古さを感じる物ではありましたが、食事もスタッフもとても良かったです。

酒店接驳车从下田站过来只要10分钟，去到白浜沙滩走路5分钟，房间就能看到海景。大浴场很舒适，早餐自助选择很多。
特别感谢酒店的员工们，每一位都很亲切地主动问号，提供帮助。离店的时候忘记了取走衣橱里的一件裙子，到了下一站才发现。通过和酒店发信息联系一直在帮我积极确认，找到之后委托朋友去取，还反复认真跟我朋友过去的时间和信息，确保今天朋友今天一过去就取到了，很感动。下次有机会去下田一定还住这里～

Location is the best to go to Shirahama beach, hot spring and facilities (teapot, fridge) are good, yukata for all guests, staff are very supportive, the view from the room is amazing and shuttle bus is very convenient.
The pool was closed during Golden week, the room is too bright.

Great location, the beach is just cross the road! The pools are very useful if you don’t want to go to the beach. The hot showers and onsen are great if it gets chilly. The staff is very friendly.

Nice traditional Japanese room with a direct ocean view looking over Shirahama beach! Exceptional cleanness level. Traditional Japanese snack was prepared in the room, which is a very thoughtful touch.

Great view over the beach and out to sea
very focused on Japanese tourists. not much in the local area which looks unloved. if you don’t prebook breakfast and dinner there are not many alternative options. also if you pay on demand at the property it can be a bit pricey.

The staff was so friendly & helpful. The view of Shirohama beach from our room was incredible. The onsen was amazing…especially loved the outside bath & liked all the products to sample in the bath area. The gift shop was very nice…with prices similar to near the train station. The hotel provides a shuttle to the main train station several times a day which makes it very convenient.
I wish there were more restaurants close by…even a ramen place would be nice.

The food is terrible. We paid 5,500 yen for dinner - buffet and it was not worth the money.

The room is very modest, quite out of date. Soundproofing of walls is not very good. Also, everyday in the middle of the day there were so noisy in the corridor, that we couldn't have a rest.
