The property was nice, pool was nice juat a lot of mosquitoes, clean rooms great service

I think they need better beds and rollout beds

The bed was hard not comfortable at all the air conditioner didn’t get cool at night got warm only went to 20C

I liked the pool area it was beautiful at nights. However the pool bar was not operational which would have made it better and the rotating restaurant on the roof only opens on Sunday for brunch. The hotel has the potential to be great if these things are addressed. It needs some pool side entertainment especially on weekends.

Check in took over 2 hours and I was sent to three different staff members. One of them didnt even say hello and started helping someone else in the middle of when she was supposed to be getting me room keys. She sent me back to the second person who then gave me room keys to a room with two double beds when my reservation (that was confirmed by the first person) was for a King bed. I go back downstairs to inform the staff about the room and one of them then says I have to wait another 20 minutes for another king room to be available. After waiting another 45 mins I finally had a room. Website confirms that check in is guaranteed by 3:00PM and I did not get a room key until almost 4:30PM. When we asked to speak to the manager, the person we asked was very evasive about providing the general managers name or contact information. We had to ask her multiple times and she kept giving his schedule of when he would be in the hotel rather than an email address. When she finally gave the email address she provided an email address without an “@“ sign, again, purposely giving incorrect information. It should not take over two hours to check into the CORRECT room. It also shouldn’t take 3 people to check someone into a room. Ridiculous wait times, horrible customer service, from inattentive staff and poor approach to compensation; they offered a fruit plate and breakfast when the LEAST they could've done was a free night on the reservation or a discounted room rate.

Quiet hotel, great for short stay

Very poor for a Radisson. One chooses a brand because of certain basic expectations. Radisson Trinidad is not what you would expect from a Radisson brand. Bad service, very average food.

The windows were extremely dirty which impeded the view, the pool was musty looking and a bit primitive i believe due to a lack of upkeeping.... And i got up this morning with my room flooded out with water due to a burst pipe in another room and what made that scenario worst no one personally apologised and I had to ask someone to be relocated as oppose to they doing their due diligence and asking to ensure my comfort...I will like to get back a complimentary night stay or something for my inconvenience

Was overall an ok stay just needs a bit of love and maintenance. The internet is not so good once you leave the ground floor. Nice friendly staff with humor. Security are amazing and the bartender was a cool guy. Parking is ok but should have easier access from the car park. It rained and we had to walk through the rain or wait once parked

This hotel was reasonably priced and location was convenient. The customer service was excellent.

When we first arrived we were greeted at the front desk by a smiling Karissa. She was friendly, cheerful and helped to make our stay a good one. The hotel decor is outdated and the room we stayed in needs some renovations. However, we were advised that the hotel was in the midst of renovating the rooms so the issues that we had in the room we stayed in will be fixed Overall our stay at the Radisson was a good one.

First room was below a major construction floor and should not have been rented. Fridge was missing. AC was working erratically. Second room was missing a desk lamp and left very dark after sunset. Safety is not great with open card-free elevator. You get charged TT25 if you request a plate and a fork. Room crew forgot to empty garbage containers. And that’s just a partial list... unsure if hotel manager or anyone checks on rooms from time to time! Dinner and breakfast cost about the same price than Hyatt next door, which is worlds apart!

I loved everything except the room had no microwave. They need to put a microwave in the hotel room

Me and my friend had an excellent stay at Radisson. The staff and ambiance was so amazing. Location was excellent and accessible to taxi. Staff was helpful and provided insights on attractions and how to get around. Excellent hotel and excellent customer service from check in to check out. Crystal at check in was amazing.

The room was very clean and roomy. The staff was friendly, helpful and quite attentive, especially the maids. The 12th floor observation patio has wonderful wraparound views. The hotel is close to downtown and both the ferry & cruise ship ports so I was able to walk most places.

Hotel is not in good conditions, carpet is smelly and person who received us at 2am was NO nice or diligent. Not worth the cost

Surprising there was very little filtered water on premises most days forcing us to buy plastic bottles of water- even when we asked for filtered water.

Ice people but hotel is run down, bedroom sink clogged

The front desk service associate was very helpful. And they accommodated my request for late check out

Unwillingness to acknowledge issues brought up or address it in any timely manner. Service staff poor , there was no water at one point . Came back brown for a long time, then there was no hot water. Complaining was ignored

The Radisson is very conveniently located to browse and get around the capital city of POS

The room was horrible, and the amenities advertised is not what you get. We had to ask for someone to clean the room and begged for clean towels. The room smelled musky and wood lice was around the room. Nasty and disgusting. Will never ever go back there again.
