Great place if you have a trailer, plenty of room. Extra large AC that keeps this place very cool even in August. Host is easy to communicate with.

Loved this place , clean , every amenity that you could possibly want, and plenty of parking for or trucks and boat!!!!

We used this property as a place to stay for a few days while waiting for our house since we moved across the country. Our family (2 kids & 2 dogs) had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We hauled a 16ft trailer and had plenty of space for parking that and our cars. Clint was super responsive and very kind. I’d definitely recommend this place!

This is a great little property. It has a nice office area between the master bedroom and the rest of the house for anyone that needs to work or just wants some privacy while surfing the web. I've stayed here twice and will do so again if my travels take me through Yuma in the future.

We have stayed here several times now and as always perfect. Looking forward to many more visits

This is our second stay at Clint’s place. Just as the first time, we loved it. Great location for us and convenient to our travel plans. Comfortable and clean. Great communication and accommodation!!! We can’t wait till our next visit and most certainly plan to stay here again!! It is for sure a home away from home!!

Great location, accommodations were excellent, lot more room then we anticipated from the pictures. Everything was well taken care of and easy check-in, communication before arrival was excellent and prompt. We didn't need to much once there but the renters were around if we needed them.

The house was just as reviewed on VRBO. The owner was quite responsive, everything was as expected. One thing I would like, is a listing of favorite restaurants and local places to see. However, we found fish and chips that were excellent close by and delicious tacos just a few blocks away. Who could ask for anything more. Thanks Clint

Stayed for a baseball tournament at this location Clint the owner was in constant communication with me since before we got there making my planning for our stay very helpful and easy. Since we were traveling a long way from california. On the day we arrived, he had lights on for us, AC ana fans were on making it comfortable since it was over 108. He left us water bottles and snacks that kids enjoyes. He added little details that makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. One night we locked out ourselves out, we called him since he leaves you his number was easy to get a hold of him. His son came right over and open the door for us overall very good location for what we needed. Definitely keeping it in mind for our future trips whenever we are in Yuma!

We had a wonderful experience! The house was very clean and perfect for our family. Plenty of room to relax and enjoy time with family. Close to the interstate and stores.

The hostess Did an awesome job with providing all amenities, The place was very clean, privacy was a plus and Communication between hostess and I was great. You will not be disappointed with this rental, I would definitely rent here again.

We stayed overnight and found the home extremely clean and comfortable and the area is quiet providing a peaceful night for the whole family. The property is close to I-8 so really easy to get on and off the highway but not so close to hear the traffic. The home is also on a large property and we were towing a trailer so we really appreciated the ample parking and turnaround space. The owners have provided everything you could need and are very responsive to communication. Overall a great stay and will definitely stay again if we find ourselves passing through Yuma again.

This place was exactly as explained and perfect for our little working vacation away from home. The property manager was amazing at answering all questions and getting back to us right away. Was perfect location for heading out to the local lakes to fish and accommodating to our needs. This place was perfect for our family with a toddler. Would recommend it to anyone and certainly plan on stay here again in the future!! Lauren

Lovely property, easy access to freeway, yet set off road for a quiet peaceful sleep. Property has a full kitchen, on site laundry, lovely front room with full screen TV, easy hook up to Wi-Fi, games to play and books to read. Clint is easy to communicate with. I will use again!

Small but nice rooms in the place, comfortable bed, great laundry facility, and kitchen. Wifi and television was very nice to use and have access too. Owner and family was very enjoyable to work with and would do it again.
