We had a great stay at this beautiful home. The house was extremely clean and in a nice neighborhood. It is very close to Walmart and a few restaurants. The showers are great. There’s a nice patio in the backyard as well. We would definitely stay here again next time we are back in Yuma.

Place was perfect, stayed at this location because it was close to Grandma's! House was sparkling clean, one thing that was my fault is there is no tvs in the bedroom, which usually I double check but I forgot this time...no biggie for most people! The beds weren't my favorite but they definitely aren't the worst. Thank you, we will definitely stay at again next time in town! A+++

We stayed for 2 weeks and the property was flawless. Everything was just as described and owner was amazing. If you are looking for Yuma foot hills this house is located in a perfect spot. Thank you !!

I have stayed in three different VRBOs in the last month. This property is very clean, well maintained, and close to amenities including Fry's and Planet Fitness.
Everything works properly , and the master bed is a comfortable king size. The landscaping is typical Yuma style of gravel but very functional including a closed back yard and good BBQ.
The kitchen has all the culinary tools and serving dishes etc. I only had to buy food. There was an adequate supply of paper products, garbage bags, and cleaning supplies.

I enjoyed my stay at this house, it was very clean, well stocked with towels and basics in the kitchen. The bathrooms were modern and featured rainfall showerheads, and the overall home is in lovely condition. I would definitely stay again next time I'm in Yuma.

Great stay, very clean and comfortable place for all of those who travel to Yuma. Close enough to everything while being far enough from everything you aren’t bothered by noise. Neighborhood seemed nice and quiet and there was a deputy that lived at the end of the street. Only complaint about the property was the master bath shower being clogged. Anytime I turned the water on it would pool up and I didn’t really want to stand in it which led to me and my buddies all using the same shower. Besides that though great place and I would stay again!

The house was very clean, kitchen well stocked to be able to cook, and we didn't have any issues. It was easy to find, easy to get in and a great location. Highly recommend and we would definitely stay again.

Property is in a quiet location with easy access to everywhere in Yuma.

The a/c worked really well which is huge when it's 110 degrees outside. Close to Wal-Mart and Fry's for shopping/groceries. Kitchen has everything you need to cook and the whole place looks like it was completely remodeled within the past 1-2 years. Overall a really nice place to stay.

The property was nice. Our only complaint is the bunk beds in the 2 other bedrooms. Really only one adult can sleep in the bed easily. My husband and I slept seperately because my husband was too tall for the bed (6 feet) and had to lay diagonally and additionaly with the twin bed above the bottom full bed there is not enough head clearance. When I booked I was not thinking about the beds. Otherwise the house was great.

Lovely place to spend a couple nights in Yuma. The house was quiet and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the large TV!
