Great location with only a short drive into the city. The room was simple but a good size for a short stay.

The room did not smell very pleasant. We couldn't open the window to air the room at all.

the room was very comfortable, when we asked for clean towels they were brought, there were no tissues.

there was just enough tea, sugar, coffee, milk.... no tissues

It was a room with a bed and a bathroom and a roof.

Deluxe queen room had nothing deluxe about it. Was just a normal old room. 15+ year old bathroom. Serviceable but nothing deluxe. Restaurant offerings weren’t much chop. Schnitzel was thin and had too much batter. The chips were ordinary. The seasonal buttered steamed veggies was just microwaved cheap nasty packet frozen veggies ($6 for that rubbish. No thanks). Go to the local pub and get better food for cheaper. Room was overly perfumed (to cover up creeping damp smell). Bed was cold, sheet and a blanket is all you get. Spare blanket in the cupboard smelled overpoweringly of mould like it hadn’t been cleaned in a decade. So yeah. It was just serviceable 2 1/2 stars at a stretch. Wouldn’t go back.

I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights, but I need to cancel 1 night because I had to go to Mel. I contacted the hotel and email the hotel but no one replied to me, which was very disappointing.

Location was great, close to main road but not noisy. Close to the garden city mall, sunny bank, university and hospital.

Close to Nissan Arena , ideal location We ordered room service that came, food was amazing and didn’t wait very long for it after a big day at netball , good pricing too.

nothing we didn’t like but maybe a few more washing machine and dryers particularly when sporting teams are in town, makes it a long day to have to stay up waiting for a machine :)
