the location close to the city centre, everything are close to the hotel, easy way to go to the shopping mall, and the city, I love the place, I love to stay again , in this hotel. the staff was very friendly. like you stay at home, if you want go with your friend or family, I recommend this will be go, also the shopping mall in the hotel. for the restaurant and shopping also for the kids.

كل شي ممتاز وجميل جدا انصح فيه للعائله وشكرا لموظف الاستقبال فهمي جدا متعاون وجميع الموظفين .
الستائر لا تغلق بشكل كامل

لايوجد مواقف سيارات للنزلاء وحرية الدخول والخروج منها
استلام السيارة من موظفين الخاصين يتأخر كثيرا .

I would like to commend the very helpful and accommodating Filipina staff, especially ms. Chai in the reception. She’s very pleasant and all smile, extending extra mile to help us with our check in. Also the filipina staffs are very helpful. We love the club lounge also & the pool!

It has a great location in the middle of city where everything is around you, also it is connected to city mall .
Rooms are too small , staff and employees showing high level of professionalism.
My son forgot his iPad during check out , however it was secured by the team , thanks for their support .
