- موقع الفندق في حي الفاتح مقابل حي الجفير ويفرق بينهم شارع
- الفندق يتكون من 9 ادوار او كثر تقريبا
- المواقف 3 ادوار واسعة تقريبا
- يوجد في الفندق الدور الثاني النادي الرياضي وسبا والمسبح المرافق مع المطعم المكسيكي والبار والجلسات الكافيه الخارجيه في الهواء الطلق وكل جمعة يكون فيه بارتي على المسبح
- يوجد محطة بنزين قريبه ويتوفر بها صيدلية وسوبر ماركت تستطيع الوصول اليه 5 دقائق مشيا على الاقدام
- شارع الشباب المشهور بأسم شارع المطاعم والكافيهات والخدمات تستطيع الوصول اليه 5 دقائق مشيا على الاقدام
- الفندق مناسب لجميع الفئات تقريبا
ملاحظة
- اللوبي (الاستقبال) ضعيف المستوى يحتاج الى تطوير مثل ركن كافيه كي يستطيع الضيوف الجلوس به بعد النزول من الغرفة او الانتظار قبل تسجيل الدخول وتسجيل الخروج
- يوجد ملهى ليلي بجانب الاستقبال حيث اخر الليل يوجد ازعاج قوي فقط في الطابق G علما انه لا يزعج المقيمين في الفندق حيث يفصل 3 ادوار المواقف p1 p2 p3 عن اقرب دور ( الثالث) للمقيمين

I enjoyed the pool party
Toilet in my room was not clean and there was a strong urine smell in the toilet . I even saw women hair on the ground in the toilet

I stayed in One-Bedroom Executive Suite, it was very spacious. Staff was really helpful.

Nice staff, late check out, good discount, pretty good food. Excellent gym and nice gym desk man.
No fresh juices. No open window or balcony but maybe this was the weather.

its in the heart of almost everything
u can still smell the smoke even on the non smoking floor

Breakfast was terrible. The standard has dropped to zero. Croissants were stale. Orange juice was literally fermented. Muffins were stale and hard. No milk for tea. No teapots just tea and coffee on a small stove and is exposed, no lid. They need to just close the kitchen.

location is good, not far from a gas station and basic amenities
the hotel’s furniture needs updating. the room’s furniture feels so worn out and overused and parts of it were chipped or did not feel sturdy enough such as some seats and tables.
