Great location for quick access to beach. Large house. Nice view of pond and golf course from rear. Pool area gets sun after 2:00. Everything very clean, but could use some updating.

When we awoke the next morning and opened our blinds, we were immediately taken by the beautiful greenery and river flowing directly behind the home. The glass doors in the living room open up all the way, so you have the immediate indoor to outdoor living. We thought that was one of the coolest things about the house. When you walk out to the patio you overlook the inviting pool and connecting hot tub.The home is beautifully decorated from top to bottom. Beds are very comfortable, Two master suites with walk in closets, two other bedrooms on the main floor and one down below. Huge beautiful kitchen with a gas stove, I love to cook so that was a plus. They have a Countertop spice rack Tower with any spice you would ever need. There is also a grill off the patio, which we used. The other awesome thing is you are a very short walk to the beach!They provide a wagon for you to load all your possessions to take to the beach, very convenient. White soft sandy beaches await, full of sea shells for your picking. Very quite neighborhood, property landscaping immaculate.
Its all about the details, they have pretty much thought of everything you would ever need. Very relaxing trip, we will definitely be back!
