Room was extremely dirty. And pillows and covers were completely stained.

Excellent location, simple, no frills service at your convenience. Easy come and go… great staff. Lots of available washer/dryer. Free parking.

the location is great. right next to American Village and you get a great sea view from the balcony. lots of space for 2 people.

I wish it had an iron in the room. It may have been one at the front desk but I’m not sure.

Location was great for accessing American Village. The view ok. The toilet was separate from the bathing room. It was roomy.

The kitchenette was sooooo disappointing. The refrigerator was tiny—like in a cheap business hotel. No space really to do much. And besides two cops and two glasses there was nothing to use. No dishes, pans, silverware. I looked through the information book in the room and online. I couldn’t find any information. I didn’t ask at the front because by then I had gone out shopping but I couldn’t find a grocery store even though there is an Aeon mall nearby. I had to buy milk at a convenience store. But I also found that there were so many places to eat nearby so I realized I didn’t need the kitchenette. I made a mistake, I felt, by paying extra for it? Don’t book this hotel if you plan to cook. It seemed quiet enough at first. I could hear Christmas music from the village. But later I could hear walking and jumping from above and pounds against the wall next door.

perfect location. perfect and spacious room. very close to the Center of American village. 5 minute walk and you are in the heart of American Village with many resteraunts bars cafes and shops.

The hotel seemed to be empty, and They made me wait till 300pm (I arrived at 1230pm) inorder to check in. They also Gve me a non sea view room

Location is amazing. 1 minute to the beach, 1 minute to American village. Room is big you can cook there, but it will be better if there will be comfortable table and chairs either on balcony or inside the room. I liked that I could take a lot of things on reception - like dryer for towels, set of plastic dishes, etc. Hotel’s personnel was kind and supportive.

I was surprised that no cleaning was assumed during long stay. You can change towels at the reception it’s not a problem, but you should throw away garbage by yourself (okay). But what’s about vacuum cleaning? I stayed for one week, and without vacuum cleaner or mop to clean floor it becomes full of sand (as I went to the beach). I even could do it by myself (however, with such prices, I think it should be provided at least each 2 days if not everyday). That’s why my assessment of the stay is not so high. I think it’s a huge minus

Perfect location, great price! I was surprised at the size of the room (spacious) and that it had a kitchenette. I was just there for the night to avoid taxi rides, but it would be a great spot for a short vacation.

It's a busy area with lots happening. The noise from across the street could be heard.

Great location in the middle of the American village, very close to all the restaurants and bars, i would definitely stay here again, great value for money.
