二日目に、ウォッシュタオルがリフィルされていなかったのですぐ連絡したのですが、すぐ持って行きますと言っておられたけど、それっきり。待ったあげく手で身体を洗いました

조식 깔끔하고 좋음 즉석 오믈렛 맛있고 반죽부터 바로 구워져 나오는 팬케이크 머신이 재밌었고, 오키나와 스타일 무스비를 커스텀해서 먹을 수 있게 직접 그때그때 준비해주는 게 좋았음 해수욕 시기는 아니었지만 세소코 비치가 가까워서 조용히 산책 가능해서 좋음 숙소의 바다 뷰는 최상이었고 주변 다른 방 소음만 아니라면 전혀 소음 없음 시설 전부 깔끔한 편

조식이 깔끔하지만 또 먹을만한게 엄청 많지는 않음 세소코 섬 안에 편의점이나 마트 없어서 무언가를 사려면 최소 다리 건너 나가야 함 밤에 접근하기엔 섬 내 가로등이 없어서 운전하는데 조심할 필요 있음 주차장이 건물 외부 야외라 나가기 조금 귀찮음

The overall environment and hardware facilities are good.

The hotel breakfast experience is very poor, upgraded the executive room, but there is no executive breakfast, downstairs restaurant queue for an hour to eat breakfast. The seats in the breakfast restaurant were empty, and no waiters cleaned them, resulting in long queues for guests to eat.

The hotel is located on a beautiful peninsula, the sea is incredible beautiful! The hotel is clean, buffet was okay, the staff was very friendly :)

It was a bit annoying that you had extra charge for yoga, alcohol, sunbeds / umbrella. The prices were really above average for basic services. Any possibility to make some extra money was taken.

Big massive building . But that’s personal taste. Approx after 21:00 there was no life in the lobby/ bar.

The room is spacious

Location is very remote, beach is clear but is not perceived as high end (like the Ana hotel), no room service (only take out) and not all employees are fluent in English.

The location was amazing! The beach was beautiful, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the staff was extremely friendly.

We used buses most of the time to get around: but it can be difficult to get a taxi.

The island is surrounded by a beautiful clean transparent pale blue-green ocean. The hotel staff is very polite and hospitable. The hotel is new, clean and spacious. There was even fireworks right in front of the windows of our room. Magically beautiful excellent.

The breakfast menu has never changed. The same thing every day. Therefore, if you stay for 6 nights, then the last days you can no longer eat anything.

the view of the hotel is awesome, all hotel rooms have sea view. there is a new road directly to the hotel, better use Google map to direct the drive way, which is better than using the navigator in car. the staff are nice and helpful, they drive me to parking lot to pickup the car.

since it’s so remote, the staff didn’t have any help for us who didn’t (couldn’t) rent a car.

Hotel is far from Naha, in the North of the island, in nature and that is great for relaxation. You have to plan 1h30 transfer by taxi or 2h by local bus. Hotel has everything needed, gym, indoor pool with jacuzzi, comfortable beds and spacious room. Beautiful ocean view and very nice fireworks on Saturday.

We tried all restaurants of the property, buffet, Italian and seafood - the only comment would be the prices at these outlets.

The hotel was excellent but unless you hired a car to see other attractions, or used taxis, there wasn't much to do other than the beach.

The hotel is very clean and nice and has great views. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Great beds. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was great but had waits at times, seems like there should be advance warning about that or extension of the cut off time.

Indoor pool hours were far too limited and it was popular, so clearly there is demand from customers for more. For low season they cut off large chunks of the parking lot but then had more guests than spots, forcing parking in a far away public lot with a long walk in the inclement weather of low season. They validated the public lot, but for safety and walk time reasons, particularly in off season inclement weather, at a resort they should have just opened up more of their own spots, seemed like poor planning not indicative of the level of service expected at this type of hotel. Dinner at the buffet restaurant was terrible, limited selection and lower quality, hard to understand as breakfast at the same place was wonderful

when we pay for breakfast, we haven’t finished but the table was all clean . even the food we just get. the cutlery ,glasses . no one is take care of that
