Everything was great.
Ran out of TP. Maybe leave more for 4 adults during a multi-day stay.
Also the washer and dryer cycles are lengthy, perhaps due to the age of the machines.
Overall a very nice property and we enjoyed our time there.

One cannot "summarize" an incredible experience. Let's just say if Wanaka is in my sights again, this will be my first option. Wanaka is an amazing city to explore, and the house was everything advertised.

We really enjoyed our stay at Kate's place. Lovely furnishings, great convenient location (close to the lake and town centre), outdoor deck was awesome, with great views to Roy's Peak (which we were able to climb). Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay & it is set up with everything we needed including good off street parking. It was roomy & sunny - a perfect fit for us when all 6 of the adult family were together.

No problems at all, we enjoyed our night here. Kitchen is well stocked with cutlery etc, there were games and even though the weather was yucky we still had a wonderful stay.

Highly recommend
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the house was perfect, plenty of space and very well equipped. The house is well postioned, walking distance to town and close to many walking tracks and the lake.

Ski Holiday
Great location. Close to town and Cardrona ski field. Plenty of heating to keep house warm. Well furnished kitchen. Could have done with a little more loo paper and kitchen tidy bags.
Unfortunately COVID cut our holiday short.

Great house in a great location with all the amenities you need while on holiday. Would definately stay here again, we all really enjoyed ourselves.

The property was airy and bright and most importantly, clean. We had a very comfortable stay. The garden area was perfect for stargazing on a clear night which we were lucky to have experienced. Location is perfect, slightly away from the business of the town centre but just a 5min drive whenever we missed out anything from the supermarket. Would love to be back soon.

Home Away From Home
This place was perfect. Warm, comfy and easy to live in. Would have loved to stay longer than 2 weeks. It had everything we needed and more than I’d expected. The beds were superb for a great nights sleep. The heat pump warms up the whole house. The kitchen is well fitted out, neat, tidy and has loads of room.
Under floor heating in the bathrooms were a bonus too.
It’s not far from town centre and good walking.
Planning to stay here again if we can. 😊

Great spot for Skiing Accom
Was freezing cold when we arrived but after we had the heat pump and heaters stoked up for ma few hours is was toastie warm. Great value in a good location.

Great for families, close to town and walking distance to the lake. Beds comfy and plenty of extra bedding available for chilly nights! Heat pump kept the house cozy. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, will definitely stay again if we come back. Thanks!

Great Family space
Thank you Kate for another lovely break in your little slice of paradise. Such an easy, comfortable home to stay in. Perfect for our dog to be part of our adventure with the kennel in the backyard. This is our third stay and we hope to be back!

Perfect for our needs
Lovely 3 bedroom house, walking distance to town. We were very happy with our stay and made good use of the travel cot and highchair. The only tiny negative was the stove top wasn't very clean but didn't take me long to clean it. Beautiful well planned garden and compost heaps. We would love to stay again, thank you Kate

Tidy, nice space and amenities
Nice front and back yard, with plenty of parking. The interior was tidy with good amenities and nice attention to detail (pen and paper, rubbish bags, plunger for coffee, etc.). Comfy beds too!

Great place that ticked all the boxes
We really enjoyed our stay, the house was perfect and had everything we needed to feel at home, and for a very reasonable price too. The deck and back lawn are nice and sheltered and perfect to get sometime outside. A short 900m walk to the lake or a several minute drive to town means everything is within easy access. Will certainly look to stay here again on future trips to Wanaka, and would highly recommend this property to anyone.

A perfect family holiday home
Thank you for a lovely stay. The house was equipped with everything we needed for a home away from home. Our 15 month old loved the garden and we were fortunate to have beautiful weather to enjoy the lovely private deck in the evenings. Having 2 bathrooms was ideal for the morning rush! Such a cosy home in a peaceful location, yet only a few minutes drive from town. We would definitely recommend staying here!
