This condo was perfect for 6 adults and 1 child. My family loved having coffee from the balcony every morning and enjoying the beautiful view. Gayle was wonderful and quick to respond with any questions or concerns. We definitely plan to rent this unit again in the future.

We are a group of four sisters (2 widowed & 2 married). We decided to celebrate a birthday at this beautiful condo. We enjoyed long days at the beautiful beach and watching the sunsets from the balcony. Nothing beats the warm emerald gulf waters. Perfect accommodations for everyone with 3 beds & 3 baths.

Excellent location on 10th floor with perfect view! Owner was outstanding in keeping me informed about the condo, parking, locks, outside activities, beach service, etc Most comfortable I've felt about renting at the Calypso (and we've stayed there over a dozen times). Furnishings more than adequate, but not overdone, so there was plenty of room to move around. Newer, upscale appliances were nice to have. Happy camper!

Wonderful place to stay with family. Everything you need except food. Beds were so comfortable and are walking distance to so many shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend this condo, thanks to Gayle for sharing her place.

This condo was great! Clean and roomy for 8 people! Gayle was very helpful and answered our questions very quickly!The view from the 10th floor was beautiful!I hope to go back someday.

Beautiful Condo, very clean and spacious. Gorgeous view. We loved that we could walk to Pier Park and attractions. Having 4 beach chairs/2 umbrellas included is a definite plus. Owner was quick responding to any questions we had.

We had a wonderful escape from winter, spending a month in PCB and our first experience being at this wonderful condo will be hard to beat if we find this booked when we decide to come back again. Everything was just as described or better, as Gayle had done some upgrades just before we arrived. The condo was spacious, comfortable and the view was fantastic. The property itself was well kept, constant cleaning happening while we were there. Favorite things...the VIEW, the tub in the master, the coffee station and the balcony with that VIEW. 30 nights of beautiful sunsets...and we had the most fantastic weather as well (above average for winter in the panhandle). We enjoyed the pool and walks on the beach as well as the proximity to Pier Park and the restaurants there. We were so comfortable in the condo we stayed in a lot for dinners and ate breakfast in mostly too. We always bring a frying pan because well, let's face it, most rentals don't have a good pan for making breakfast....this rental does....I hardly used mine at all. And the little things do matter like the frying pan, pot holders....I was so happy to find the mitts hanging on one of the sink doors, another thing that is usually lacking...yes I know these are trivial things but these are the things that I thought, wow I am so glad these are here....I just expect the dishes and the linens and the washer and dryer. etc. Lastly, Gayle was very quick to reply when I had questions and had someone onsite within an hour when there was an issue that needed to be addressed. I appreciated the responsiveness and the quick action because regardless of what it is, things happen, its how they are handled that can make or break a stay. Thanks Gayle, we will definitely keep you in mind for future visits to PCB.

We have been coming to PCB for many many years Labor Day week, for our annual Family vacation and have stayed at several different locations. This condo was by far the best! We had a group of 3 couples, and this was perfect for us. Each room having an attached bathroom is great, and the condo was extremely clean. The owner was very easy to communicate with. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

My family’s been staying at the Calypso for years now. 1-1001 E is one of the nicest units I’ve ever stayed in. This unit is big, it’s clean, has clean comfortable furniture, top notch appliances, and so much more. Room comes with 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas. We’ll definitely be back!

The condo was great for my family with 2 seniors, 2 adults and 2 teens. We were all very comfortable. We enjoyed the nice balcony and all new appliances. Location was perfect for shopping and restaurants. The 4 beach chairs and umbrellas was great but we only used them for 3 days due to our teen playing baseball. Communication with the property owner was also great. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay. We absolutely loooooved it! Condo is fantastic! Parking procedures were a bit unfortunate on the day of arrival!!! Check in is at 3 and parking also starts at 3. Not a minute before. Creating unnecessary clusters of parking garage chaos! I would recommend parking to start at 2 pm. But this is certainly not the condo owner’s fault!!!!

I’d give this condo 10 stars if I could. Everything about our stay was perfect. The condo is nicely decorated and the layout was absolutely perfect for our family. It’s very obvious that the owners take extreme pride in this property and it shows in their attention to every little detail. There were too many unexpected extras to count - binoculars and flashlights were even included. It was a pleasure renting from these owners and we can’t wait to stay here again. See you next time!

The condo was exactly as described on listing. Condo is in perfect location for pier park. The condo was very clean and well maintained. Owner was very easy to work with. Look forward to coming back again.

This place had EVERYTHING YOU NEED! From toys for kids to location and view. Every appliance you needed and space for 6 adults to roam freely. Looking forward to next year already!!!

Perfect for a family of 7. 3 King beds is rare and all TVs are smart and large which were great. Space is perfect for be together and apart. Great balcony view and furniture was strong and sturdy. Appliances were newer and worked great. Communication with owner was simple and easy. Able to work through an issue easily and appreciated updates on between both parties for anything.

We had a several unexpected interruptions that caused some issues but the property manager handled them well.

We were very impressed with this property. The communication was great and she even called before our stay to answer any questions we had. Check in was very easy and straight forward. We loved the host's attention to the little details. We enjoyed the tv options and games and cards in the condo. The washer and dryer were very nice and I loved the decor. I liked being so close to Pier Park. 15/10 would recommend.

My husband myself and 6 of our children enjoyed this beautiful condo for several nights. We loved that it was a scooter ride away from shopping and delicious restaurants! We all enjoyed the gorgeous view of the gulf from the balcony. The owner was very accessible and responded quickly to any question.

This condo is so well kept by the owner. Everything was in pristine condition. All appliances were new. The kitchen was completely stocked with plenty of cook wear, dish wear and glasses (which has not been our experience with some other condos in the past). Any questions we had were immediately addressed by the owner. It was a wonderful, relaxing and pleasant home away from home to recharge with our family. We’ve visited PCB and the Calypso for 15 years and will definitely be scheduling with this owner again. Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful!!

Great condo and great owner to work with.

The condo is well equipped and clean. It is very spacious and the space is utilized well. Our kids enjoyed the patio view and the games that were on site. It was really easy talking to the owner and any concerns we had were addressed in a timely manner. The only thing that was kind of annoying was the elevators ran slow but that was to be expected during peak season in Panama City Beach. Will definitely being looking at this property first for our future stays.
