The rooms were very clean. They seemed to have been remodeled recently. The staff was nice and friendly. We did not try the restaurant on the premises so can not comment on it but it did smell delicious as you walked by.

The parking situation was a little crowded.

Hotel is close to the Riveria Convention Center and not far from cruise ship terminal. Downtown tourist area where most of the restaurants, bars and shopping is about 5 blocks. Staff was pleasant, room was okay. Very happy that they kindly let me roll my motorcycle inside the courtyard area so it seemed very safe at night. You can only enter the room & pool area via the lobby where there is staff and cameras so once inside seems safe.

They are in the middle of remodeling things both indoors and out so as of May 2022 some noise and dust, looks like it is leading to an even better place in the near future, but it is an issue now. They do not have a parking lot internal to the hotel nor next to your room so some may be worried about their vehicle. Price varies depending on how busy town is, sometimes seems like a good value and sometimes not.

We arrived for a special birthday weekend and the entire center courtyard of the hotel was a large hole with major construction, materials, vehicles, and construction crew. When I expressed concern about the noise, the receptionist stated "we hope there is not noise." The first morning of my special vacation, the hotel started construction at 7AM. After myself and other guests complained, the reception staff said they would start later the following day. They started at 7:16AM. A rude awakening for tired travelers expecting a rest and quiet at this location. In addition, the room smelled like cleaning solvent and iritated our eyes and sinuses. When I tried to call the front desk about this, there were no instructions near the phone and no one could be reached. The next morning the receptionist said someone should have picked up the phone (it was 8pm). The air conditioning unit was very close to the bed and blasted air so hard it could not be used. The screen door to the balcony did not lock, preventing fresh air flow. When leaving for the day on March 8, we put a DO NOT DISTURB sign on the font door, yet the cleaning staff still entered. This was an invasion of privacy. I do not recommend this hotel. When I requested a refund, Booking.com offered me $17USD credit. A joke, nearly--I will not use them in the future.
