We did not have water in middle of night, had to wake up maintenance staff early morning. Toilet did not flush, had to get plumber to fix afterwards. No central heating. During December Christmas cold, Room heater provided was tiny and couldn't keep us warm enough. No hot water, lukewarm water initially, then while taking shower, it turned super cold. Then support staff changed our room and gave us a different unit due to these many problems, and the next unit heated water was much better, and we had a pleasant stay afterwards. Had they known about such problems earlier, should not have rented us that unit!!

It’s perfectly quiet and beautiful location very close to city centre. Spectacular view. Very pleasant & comfortable interiors.

I was 4 min away from the bars and seen all them gorgeous girl going in while i was stuck with my wife :( i try but couldnt get away at least for a night.

View was amazing! Property was family friendly. Rigo was very helpful and friendly! We highly recommend this property. We Will Definitely Be Booking Again.

the property was nice quite and very clean it was also close to down town and restaurants. and their caretaker was very attentive.

I like that it was gated. And we had our private parking. And the apartment was clean and beautiful.

Property was nice and in a good area however their were plumbing issues which made our stay uncomfortable.

The toilet was backed up since day one and we had to fix it ourselves and to make matters worse, the water went out. We were unable to use the restrooms or shower on our last day. Super inconvenient and no solution was given by the property manager so we decided to leave.

Great, modern, new location centrally located over looking Ensenada and bay. it was safe, good parking, easy to find and close walkable proximity to bars and restaurants.

The apartment was very well kept and clean.

I really enjoyed the stay at El Refugio, it felt like I was at home. I highly recommend this location private, and felt safe. The man taking care of the location is really friendly and polite.

During my trip, the front heater remote control went out twice, the water stopped working entirely at one point, the television only got 3 channels, the TV in the master bedroom didn’t work, and the whole house never seemed to stay warm (even with all three heaters going). there was also a very steep (almost feeling like 90 degree angle) to get up to the apartment.

The property was extremely secure, View was amazing
