موقع الفندق ممتاز جداً وقريب من اغلب الانشطة وكذلك منطقة القراند وورلد وملاهي الفنبيرل .. كذلك الفندق مقابل للانشطة البحرية والشاطئ نظيف وخاص بساكني الفندق

أتمنى زيادة أصناف الإفطار بما يتوائم مع المسلمين

Staff are very friendly.

Room’s soundproofing is poor.

Too much hype about this place from many Vietnamese YouTuber. Food was ok, staff was not very attentive. We called the buggy car several times but they never came. We came to see what Phu Quốc was all about, now that we knew. Our first and last time.

Property is very beautiful and lot of things to explore inside and outside the property... staff at reception was wonderful especially Louis who guided us through many things and helped us too. Morning buffet spread is great offering multiple cuisines Spa facilities were amazing

But Overall experience in Villa was not great, somethings really needs to be looked at and have provided feedback at hotel reception and housekeeping manager. - while booking, it clearly says - In your private kitchen, there is minibar...but there is nothing there.. private kitchen doesn't even have a plate, spoon, fork.. not a single pan or wok, there is no microwave no oven...Nothing at all... I did the booking of villa because of kitchen as my wife and kid has some dieterary restrictions and we wanted kitchen to cook as per our requirement.. this was really annoying for all of us. And when we requested, I was being told that there is per day charge for it... Really on spending so much money, I need to pay for using utensils... - when we checked in, there were no towels in our Villa we have to put requests for towels, extra soap and additional coffee/milk -taste of food in Woknacurry was not to level of 5* property. Being Indian, the taste of food was not even 10% near to what we get in other hotels.. we had a dinner there but it was a wrong decision.
