This home makes for a relaxing getaway. It has plenty of room for the family, including our fur babies, and the jacuzzi is absolutely wonderful! We took our flats boat and had no trouble navigating to lemon bay and back at high or low tides. We would love to stay here again in the future!

Everything inside the house seem to be purchased from a thrift store or very old the bed the couches everything The yard was too tall. My kids cannot play in it. The backyard is not maintained at all.

Overall a wonderful experience, fun times In the hot tub and of course on the water. Bummer the tv on the porch was not working properly. Overall a nice place to stay and the ride via boat to the ICW was not bad.

Overall the stay was good. Master bedroom needs a new valve in bathroom. Trash wasnt picked up from last visitors. Garbage cans were 1/2 full already. Cleanliness was lacking, we cleaned when we 1st arrived. Property will be nice when outside gets some work done. Firepit had substantial amout of cigarette butts in it. Renter stabilized the landscape stones and step leading down to outside area around firepit for safety. Bi all in all, we had all the amenities needed, location is excellent for the beach and stores and near our family members. We would return again.

We had a terrific time. Was easy to find easy to get into. The house was clean, well-stocked with towels, TP and paper towels all the things we needed. The hot tub was wonderful we just chilled out we watched movies we went to the beach ate out cooked and visited with family that lives nearby. Highly recommended.

The house was super clean and comfy and the location was perfect! We especially liked sitting on the screened porch each afternoon and watching the squirrels play! Will DEFINITELY be back! The owner was super responsive to emails and check in and check out was very easy!

The area was devastated from hurricane Ian. Dave’s property was in great condition. Many neighbors had severe damage so there were huge amounts of of debris piled up and down the streets. We were unable to utilize the canal frontage due the hurricane. The house was very clean and comfortable. The hot tub was great. We would go back.

Me and my 8 friends enjoyed our stay property manager was kind and made sure we were comfortable and our next door neighbors were a kind elderly couple . Spacey place were there for 2 weeks and big backyard to play games .

Property could use a little updating but unit was clean, comfortable and functional. Four of us were on a weekend sports outing and the place suited our needs perfectly.

Perfect location in Venice

Perfect location in Venice

This large home was perfect for my big group and there was a large yard for Zoey. The kids played with the kayak on the lake and the cage and pool covered the rest of us. Everyone had their own bedroom and we had the van in the garage and would have been lost without the washer and dryer out there too. Everything worked great. About 2-3 minutes from the malls, 10 minutes to old town Venice and just under 1/2 hour to the best beach in America; Siesta Bch, which is so huge I could not believe it, still can't! We will be back!
