The property was great! We did notice some of the cars were broken into in the open lot. After that, we moved our car to the garage parking across the street. It was the same price and we felt safer.
Very cool building! Built in 1900.

The loft was very clean and well appointed. I was here for a conference?, and it was 3 easy walking blocks from the convention center. Grest communication from Olivia. Cute rooftoop patio was nice to enjoy the outdoors. The only complaint is the windows are not soundproif, and there is a lot of traffic noise all night. If youre a lught sleepwr be sure to bring earplugs.

We will DEFINATELY stay at this property again when we visit KC. It was absolutely perfect for my boyfriend and me. Great size. Great amenities. We loved it!!

Best rental we’ve stayed at. Olivia was very responsive (every time within 5 min), offered us early check in and late check out since our flight got in early and then departed late. Loft was as advertised, very trendy looking place.
Walkable to a ton of restaurants and the KC Streetcar. Would definitely stay here again if I ever came back to KC.

Everything about the lift feels upgraded. We were in town for a wedding at the Kansas City Club which was a short block away. We woke up and made coffee each morning and even did a load of laundry. The communication was top notch ;from the host!

We were in town for a concert. Having never been to Kansas City before we took a chance on this location. It was within walking distance of the venue as well as many great places to eat!
We truly enjoyed our stay!
One downfall of the location is that the city lights and noises can make it a little difficult to sleep. Despite that I would definitely stay again :)

We came to Kansas City to spend Mother's Day with our children *who live there). The location of the rental fit in to our plans perfectly. It was much bigger than expected, and very clean.
We had a slight issue with the keypad when we arrived, but we were able to get in contact with Olivia immediately and it was a very quick fix!
We frequently go to KC to see our kids and will be trying to stay here again as often as it is available.
I highly recommend this property!

Came into town for a show at The Folly this location made everything we needed to do totally walkable. Between the space and the location, I couldn’t have asked for a better trip.

I rented the unit for a girls weekend with my best friend. The location is awesome. It was close to everything we wanted to do. We ordered food in a couple of times (lots of options) and made meals in the unit. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you’d need to prepare meals.
Lots of towels and really comfortable bed linens made my stay extra relaxing. The cleanliness of the property and unit exceeds any other short term rental I’ve ever stayed at. I highly recommend staying here.

Clean, well prepared, easy checkin, beautiful space, great location! Two important things to note if you stay here: you can hear everything outside the loft- hallway chatter and all the city sounds (I loved it but some people might not). Also, free street parking was tough to find so we did end up paying $10 per 24 hours. We would DEFINITELY stay here again!

This property was clean and spacious enough for any couple. This trip was just me. The neighborhood is safe to walk around with many good eating establishments within walking distance. The owner communicated immediately when I had a issue with my entrance code. I felt very at home and at ease.

Everything was fabulous and as advertised!! Great location in downtown KC on the block with some great restaurants and bars or an easy tram ride to other entertainment centers.
Cool and cozy vibe in a historic building. A updated, modern loft feeling with warm ambiance. Super comfy bed, stocked kitchen, plenty of room for 2. Would definitely stay here again.

We had stayed at the property, different unit last fall, so we knew we liked the location. We have 4 kids and a farm, so it's always tricky to get away, but we decided to stay a second night (at the minute). I believe that I emailed Olivia (if I'm wrong forgive me) but she was AMAZING and ACCOMODATING, and let us check in early to another unit down the hall! Who does that anymore? So awesome! We really appreciate it! We have stayed at many of the hotels downtown and really enjoy the privacy of staying here. We will be back! Thanks again!

My boyfriend and I stayed at this property to go to the Jason Aldean concert at the T-Mobil center. It was the perfect location given it was only about a 15 minute walk. I also loved the property itself because of how clean it was when we arrived and the urban vibes. The host was also very helpful with all the questions I had and responded in a timely manner. Overall I would highly recommend.

There Check in process was super easy. Easy parking close by. The only complaint i have is i didn’t have easy access to the house manual and couldn’t find it. Other than that beautiful location, beautiful loft, and was within walking distance of our show we attended. Will definitely try and find this location when i come back and stay.

We loved this unique loft. Olivia, the property manager was very responsive and helpful. The property was very clean and comfortable. The location is a couple blocks from the free trolley that runs up and down Main Street. The trolley gives you access to all the great things to do in downtown KC. There was a rooftop deck where we relaxed and enjoyed some adult beverages. We were able to get one of the limited parking spaces in the lot next door from the property manager that has in and out privileges.

We stayed here while in the area visiting the local ballparks. Great place, loved the brick wall and decor, we enjoyed the rooftop deck! Lots to do within walking distance. We went to the rooftop bar around the corner for a drink. Walking distance to Power and Light district which has a ton of places to eat and drink. Short drive to the ballpark where we went to our first Royals game. The stadium was pretty cool and super easy to get in and out. Would definitely book this place again if we come back to Kansas City!

Great location & condo! Everything was perfect. Communication with the owners/management was also great as well. My only very small gripe is the bed is a little soft for me but i'm a stomach sleeper and that's generally the case for me at ANY vrbo. TOTALLY RECOMMEND THIS CONDO!

My husband and I stayed in this loft and enjoyed every minute. It is in walking distance to restaurants and the street car. It felt safe and we had all the amenities we could ask for.

The loft is perfect for exploring the downtown of Kansas City. It is centrally located with easy access to the KC Streetcar. Overall we enjoyed the loft and would use it again if in Kansas City.

The loft was just as it was advertised. Very clean and stocked with what we needed. Olivia was very nice and accommodating. She checked in on us during our stay. She provided a list of recommendations for the area. I would highly recommend her lofts. We are planning on returning. The loft is a short walk to Main Street where you can get on the KC street car that is free and runs from the city market to union station. There is a stop near power and lights. Very handy.

Loved our stay!!!
Location was ideal. Close to the free tram allowing us to hit all the spots we wanted to get to. Building was quiet and we took advantage of the gym as well as the rooftop sitting area. If we are in KC again we will definitely stay here.
