Simple as always and we always rent for 6 weeks a year in two stays

Overall a good vacation. We enjoyed our stay despite a few bad experiences. Pros: Good location Quiet neighbourhood Nice house and facilities Safe environment Lovely pool Walking distance to restaurants and mini market Only 5 min / 5 euro drive to Playa Blanca by taxi Cons: A lot of ants (don’t leave ANY food inside or outside) No air conditioning (really hot at night - we visited in July) Bad and hard mattresses in both rooms

My friend and I have just returned after a wonderful week at this accommodation. There was plenty of space and had everything we needed.

Sehr schönes, gut organisiertes Häuschen in ruhiger Lage. Insbesondere der beheizte Pool hat es vor allem unseren Kindern angetan. Die Schlüsselübergabe war absolut unkompliziert, persönlicher Kontakt vor Ort jederzeit erreichbar. Gut ausgestattete Küche * bis auf den fehlenden Sparschäler ;)*, ausreichend vorhandene Hand- und Pooltücher, bequeme Matratzen und vor allem sehr schöner und gemütlicher Außenbereich.

Wir würden gern im nächsten Jahr wiederkommen.Alles war sehr schön.

Excellent location for quiet relaxing holiday with good access to lovely walks along sea front into Playa Blanca and beyond. The local restaurants are excellent if you do not wish to venture into town in the evening. The only thing lacking was written information about how to use the appliances and local information but that may be due to COVID restrictions.

Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt, obwohl wir nur einen Tag im Voraus gebucht hatten. Das Haus und der Außenbereich sind wie in der Beschreibung - alles sehr schön und gepflegt. Es ist unglaublich ruhig, man hat sehr viel Privatsphäre und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Toll sind wirklich die verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten im Außenbereich - so kann man optimal wählen, ob man sonnig, schattig, wind- oder regengeschützt sitzen oder liegen möchte. Der Pool war schön warm und sauber und wurde auch einmal während der Woche zwischendurch gereinigt. Toll, dass es auch noch zwei Fahrräder und Strandzubehör gab. Alles in allem ein wirklich tolles Haus!

Muy bien la casa y la atención. Todo muy bien cuidado. Merece la pena.

Absolutely had a wonderful time. Villa is immaculate. Only thing missing was air conditioning or fans provided.

This is an excellent villa and would recommend booking we stopped for ten nights and couldn't fault anything. The pool is larger than on pictures and the chill out area made it simple to relax and unwind. The villa is in a gated community with key fob entry which made it feel safe and secure. Thanks inotsi we had a fab holiday and didn't want to leave.

The villa was lovely very comfortable, welcome package was a nice touch. Kitchen had everything we needed. It was lovely to have our own pool which was a good size and enjoyed by us all. Bars restaurants and beaches are within a 5 minute drive. Clara who greeted us was very lovely and helpful as was Inotsi when we were booking our break. We had a fantastic time and would recommend it we were able to completely switch off. Thank you Inotsi!😊

Spent a week here in April. The weather was fine if a bit windy. The villa was everything it was meant to be. There was plenty of space for 4 adults and a child. Comfortable seating. 2 good bath/shower rooms. Kitchen was fine but lacked a few minor pieces of equipment. The dining room is almost like a converted garage but is more than adequate for the purpose. It's too far to walk to Playa Blanca so a hire car is recommnded although taxis are cheap! Location of the villa is quiet and peaceful. The private pool is bigger than the photo shows and the entire outside area is excellent. The "Gazebo" was a bonus and protected from the sun and the wind.....very comfortable seating. We found the beds quite hard and uncomfortable.... but that's a personal preference. Distinct lack of wine glasses. There are a few glasses with which me "made do" but it's not the same!

The Villa was lovely and very clean. Lots of space to chill out and relax even with the 5 of us. The pool was great , warm and maintained regularly- kids loved it and inflatables were also provided! On arrival we were met at the petrol station and taken to the Villa, we were made very welcome and contact details were provided if we required anything, with a nice bottle of wine , Coca Cola and water to start our holiday. The Villa is within a quite and secure area, it is a bit far out from main centre of Playa Blanca for walking , it took us a good 50 minutes to walk but having the car you were there in 5 . The buses are regular , every 30 mins, and reasonable , just a short 5 min walk to bus stop. Just make sure if you have more than 4 to book larger taxi back although at 6 euros cheaper than the bus. Overall we had a great holiday and the villa was fab, only a few minor things to mention - some really warm nights unfortuantely no air con. The plates /glasses probably need replaced as many were chipped /cracked and welcome pack would be helpful for reference. Would definitely recommend the Villa for a quite and relaxing holiday for 2 adults and 3 kids.

The Villa is located in a very peacful, quiet gated area with a mini market about 10 minute walk away which is also next to some nice restaurants. The Villa is well equiped with a great heated pool, we found the shaded gazeebo a godsend to get out of the strong sun and have a read or cool drink. The bike's came in handy too, riding into Playa Blanca only took 20 to 25 minutes along the cycle track or prom. Inotsy is very helpful and answered any of my questions quickly. My only small problem was we could only find three English channels on the TV . We found the local bus service very handy and cheap, 1.40 Euros gets you to the Mariner and it passes every 30 minutes.

We had a lovely week, the villa was very spacious & the heated pool was just fab. We recommend heading to papagayo beaches which are a short drive away.

This villa is superb - really comfortable, with everything you could possibly need. The pool is wonderfully warm and the outdoor area has sun all day long. La Goleta is a very quiet, gated development. You do need a car to go into town easily (although there is a regular bus and taxis are cheap). Having bikes was a lovely touch and providing beach towels saves on luggage weight. All equipment was of high quality. Highly recommended.

Lovely villa with all facilities as described. It could have done with some decent sized glasses as it had lots of little tumblers but only 2 of any decent size. We also bought and left 2 champagne flutes and a corkscrew but other utensils were good as was the crockery. Some large plastic ones for around the pool would be sensible too. Lovely comfortable seating inside and out and comfortable sun beds. There are a row of nice eateries and decent supermarket a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk away. It was too far to walk to the seafront walkway for us but I guess you could have got there in 15/20 minutes and into the town in about 30 walking. Also we were met by Clara who was lovely and handed us the keys but she speaks little English and the villa could do with a 'Welcome' sheet with details on the TV, Wifi, safe, shop location etc and other important info.

This is a lovely property that just keeps giving with its space - it just seems to go on forever. Clara met us on the outskirts of town and guided us to the villa. She was really helpful and arranged to keep in touch during our stay if we needed anything. The villa is lovely and the outside space amazing. It even had a "man cave" - well a gazebo really - with a very comfortable corner suite; ideal for those mornings drinking tea and watching the sun coming up. As the property is on a gated urbanization, you feel very safe. You do need a car as the villa is quite a way out of town, but this makes for a very peaceful location. Definitely a place to come back to.

Jaime met us and directed us to the property which was fabulous;well appointed and equipped. The heated pool was perfect, clean and warm. Very handy with the heat and especially with two teenagers! The larger pool was also very clean and quiet; just across the quiet lane from the house. The linen and towels were fine and the pool towels kept the baggage weight down. The bikes need attention which Jaime said he would arrange and the washing machine has a tricky door lock but closes with some persuasion! The house was generous in size with every choice of seating you could hope for both inside and out. I twas very peaceful whilst we were there, not high season. Very private with no-one overlooking the gardens. Would love to return! Thanks Jaime and Inotsi for a wonderful holiday.

Just returned from 10 days in Lanzarote staying at the wonderful villa ‘Alai etxea’, thank you so much Inotsi for renting your holiday home to us, and thank you Jaime and Clara for your help whilst we were there. The villa is on a lovely quiet and secure gated estate that gives you piece of mind, it’s very well presented, a real home away from home! Having internet connection (as fast as our own home in the UK) and an xbox also help – especially when you’ve got kids who need to connect to the outside world!? It’s very well equipped; we didn’t want to eat out every meal and had all the utensils and equipment to cook no problems. The pool was great, and we used the complexes larger pool as well, it’s great to get an early morning swim, and its only 20 meters away! The outside seating area is awesome, you can really chill out there, I fell asleep on it a couple of times to prove it! There’s a supermarket and restaurants a short walk away, and the main town and beaches are a few minutes away in the car (or taxi and there’s a regular bus service as well!). One of the best villa holidays we’ve had, and we’ve done at least one to Playa Blanc for the last ten years! Once Again, thank you so much Inotsi, can’t wait to go back on our next visit to Lanzarote!

Fantastic villa! Just returned from 10 days in Lanzarote which we spent at villa ‘Alai etxea’, thank you so much Inotsi for renting it to us!! It`s a very well equipped house, and feels very homely, the villa and the gated complex felt very safe and very private. The pool is wonderful and the seating area outside was so comfortable – I fell asleep on it a couple of times as proof! The gated complex has a larger pool, which we used for swimming every day. Once again thank you Inotsi, Jaime and Clara for your service and kindness. We will definitely be back soon!

The best house I've ever been to! We spent ten days in June and the truth is that we have thoroughly enjoyed the house. It`s a wery well equipped house, very comfortable, cozy, spacious... The pool is wonderful with pleasant temperature and sun loungers. The chill out area is wonderful to read, take a nap or chat. The complex has a larger pool, which is great for swiming. All this with complete privacy! Near the house there is a supermarket and a couple of nice restaurants too. The island has delighted us but especially the house! Thank you Inotsi and Jaime for your service and kindness. We will come back soon! juan pablo

This holiday villa was fantastic, the best accommodation we have ever stayed in. Pure luxury, everything we could have hoped for. Thank you Inotsi for letting us your property, our kids, my wife and I loved every moment. The villa is exactly as described, clean, comfortable and so relaxing. The layout is fantastic, with everything you could need for your holiday. We miss this villa and hope to return soon. Our kids loved the pool and the xbox and we loved every moment we were there. Thanks again Inotsi, you have a lovely holiday home..! We wish we were still there...

What a wonderful Villa, clean well presented, great location on a secure private estate, with local shops and resturants just a stroll from the Villa. The resort of Playa Blanca, just a short drive away. The description listed on the Web Site is exactly what you will find when you arrive,. The owner and local manager provided excellent service prior to arriving and also on meeting and departure. My wife and I enjoyed a truely relaxing and throughly enjoyable holiday. Certainly deserves a 10 out of 10 Rating

We were for 2 weeks in our holidays in this wonderful house. And really, it was all just as it looks in the pictures, very clean, quiet, super equipped (our kids loved the pool and the X-Box) and there was enough space for the whole family. A rental car is highly recommended, without it isn't possible to see the most beautiful things of this island. We also enjoyed simply relaxing days at home, reading a book on the lounge, silly in the pool or relaxing in the shade of the spacious house. The support of Jaime was perfect, we didn't miss anything and we already felt in advance that we are welcome. We'll back !!! We would recommend this house also our best friends 100% :-)

We have seen the photo's on the site, but still we were very surprised when we arrived at the house. It was beautifull and everything we needed was available. The service was splendid, the manager of the house came a few times during our holiday to check if everything was still in order. There was enough privacy despite the houses are close by. Wifi connection was very good! The big swimmingpool was next to our house, which made it even more easy to go for a dive. We were very pleased with the 2 bicycles and of course the one week autorental! We have already recommended the house to several people, because we are convinced that they will have al lovely stay there, just like we had. Bas and Heleen from Holland.

Staying at La Gelota was superb. We were met by Jamie to pick up the key and was shown to the villa which was beyond our expectations. Travelling as a family with a 5 yr old and a 9yr old we were worried that a villa was a gamble compared to a hotel, how wrong we were. Jamie could not have been more helpful, friendly and courteous, presenting us with gifts on arrival. The villa was excellent, large, spacious, clean and more eating areas than we could cope with. We found that a short 15 minute walk to a moderately stocked supermarket and a selection of bars and restaurants kept us more than fulfilled for the week and a 10 minute drive into Playa Blanca was just right. The swimming pool was a massive hit with us all and larger than we expected. This is our second time to Lanzarote and we are definitely booking the villa next year. 5 stars! Jason and Judy Parker
