Die Auswahl des Frühstücksbuffets war sehr gut und durchaus ausreichend. Das Essen war qualitativ sehr gut. Auch hier war alles sehr sauber! Das Personal supernett und hilfsbereit! Das Gleiche gilt auch für das Restaurant/Bar am Pool.

Der Fitnessraum im Untergeschoß könnte etwas ansprechender gestaltet werden.

Tranquil place to relax with a beautiful ocean view. The suite was a few steps away from the pool. When I stayed, there were plenty of sun loungers available all the time. Staff were so friendly and professional. The small boutique feeling meant they remembered your name and made you feel very welcome. A special shout-out to Natalia, Paoula and Raul. Raquel also offers a warm welcome on arrival. The pool side suite would be my recommendation. The rooms are large and comfortable and unfussy. But the sunshine means you want to be outside most of the time. The bathroom had a wonderful rain showerhead. There is no mini bar but the pool bar does offer cold drinks and snacks until 10pm I chose half board because I planned on doing nothing but relaxing. And the food was terrific at breakfast and dinner. If you want to truly just unwind and enjoy the sunshine, this is definitely the place to be.

Probably, the pillows could do with replacing but this is subjective and others may find them comfortable

Checkin schnell und reibungslos. Zimmer geräumig und modern gestaltet. Blick auf die Papagayo-Strände und den Sonnenaufgang. Service freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück sehr umfangreiche Auswahl, und täglich wechselnde Angebote, mal süß, mal herzhaft.

Auch wenn wir „schlicht“ mögen, wäre ein bisschen Deko (Bilder an den Wänden, Tischdeko, etc.) schon schön. Da alles in weiß gehalten ist, wirkt es gerade im Bar-Bereich und im Frühstücksraum eher steril.

Toilet sliding door a real pain, lovely sea view spoiled by hundreds of passers-by looking in, pool surround never swept. Dinner mains not good (black pasta with pineapple and coconut??). Lack of storage in bedroom, cheap furniture. No staff in the spa.

Es handelt sich um eine außergewöhnlich schöne Anlage. Klares ansprechendes Design in allen Bereichen. Und das in einer spektakulären Lage direkt an der Tollen Promenade mit einem Traumblick aufs Meer bis nach Fuerteventura. Zur wunderschönen Marina Rubicón mit den vielen Bars und Restaurants sind es nur ein paar Minuten Fußweg auf der schönen Promenade . Wir waren zum 4. Mal auf Lanzarote. Unsere nächste Reise im November planen wir wieder in dieses Hotel. Besonders zu erwähnen ist das freundliche aufmerksame Personal. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend , nicht überbordend, alles frisch und abwechslungsreich, große Auswahl an frischem geschälten Obst. Eierspeisen und Warmgetränke werden am Tisch serviert!

L’emplacement est idéal, isolé des grands établissements et du centres restaurants/commerces. Le mois de Janvier est parfait, peu de monde et climat très agréable. Le personnel est extraordinaire d’efficacité et de gentillesse !

La demi-pension ne se justifie pas, malgré une cuisine excellente et une présentation soignée, la carte est un peu courte. L’ambiance au restaurant est un peu triste, 2 tables dans la salle certains soirs … à confirmer dans les périodes estivales.

The suite itself was really lovely very big & large with deck chairs not sun loungers which would have been nicer & more comfy! We would have liked pool & sea view combined - We got sea view & sun went off balcony approx 15.30 whereas pool view rooms all day The staff in general were really lovely especially Raoel The breakfast selection of cereals was poor & I did expect Zumo de naranja - freshly squeezed Bread selection excellent Fruit could have been better maybe some strawberries raspberries . Freshly cooked order taken at table bacon etc … excellent

Reception Staff There was a mature ‘Curt lady’ with short bob blonde hair we spoke to with regard to a taxi & she was there at breakfast some mornings A little more friendliness needed from her Also on check in (a young girl with dark hair) we wanted to change the stay from 6 nights to 5 & it was an issue even though there was a 3 day change policy It was sorted . The rest of the bar & restaurant staff lovely . We asked for the pool view but it wasn’t to be. Also it was very quiet especially on New Years Eve Absolutely nothing laid on . And each evening as we came back around 10 pm the bar was closed . It’s very much a boutique feel & perfect for a rest & couples especially honeymooners.

Great location. Close to the Marina. Staff incredibly friendly and go out of their way. Love that it is adults only. The pool is lovely and never busy.

The bathroom and pool towels could do with replacing as a bit worn. Cleaning of the rooms could be a bit better. Spa facilities are very limited - steam room and shower out of order and look like they have been for some time.

The location of the hotel is great near the sea and adults only. Further the staff was very friendly and helpful by walking to your room to explain some things in the room. Rooms are spacious.

We didn’t experience the 5-star level we had in other hotels. For example there was no welcome drink, no mini bar, coffee cups are charged to the room, water is only one bottle a day, dinner should be booked before a certain time. Further the rooms and guest areas are minimalistic designed, the restaurant for breakfast and dinner had limited decorations, which is fine for breakfast, but for dinner a more cosy atmosphere would be better. We expected more for the price we paid.

Lage super. Direkt am Meer, direkt an der Promenade, aber absolut ruhig. Schöner Architektur-Stil. Schöner Pool-Bereich. Angenehme Größe des Hotels. Großes Zimmer. Toller Meerblick. Schön ausgestatteter großer Balkon. Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank. Hilfreiche Informationen über Veranstaltungen von der Rezeptionistin. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Restaurants & Geschäfte einfach und fussläufig zu erreichen. Schöne Marina. Wir sind nur ungern wieder abgereist.

Frühstück - Brotauswahl etwas limitiert. Brot/Brötchen/Kuchen hätten frischer und abwechslungsreicher sein können (z.B. Vollkorn). Das hatten wir fairerweise auch als feed-back direkt gegeben. Kaffee wurde serviert und hat zum Teil etwas auf sich warten lassen. Allerdings wurden frische Eierspeisen a la carte angeboten und die Frühstücks-Terrasse war wirklich schön.

The staff is exceptionally friendly, the rooms are clean, large and nicely furnished. My favorite was the pool though, large with amazing view on the Fuerteventura. The location itself is great, close enough to the nearby marina offering good food, drinks and social (The drinks at the hotel bar were excellent too).

The pool bar could be open a little longer.

The design of the hotel was exceptionally simple yet elegant. The rooms were very spacious and the sea view from the room is just very astonishing.
