The breakfast is superb, various menu and good tastes especially for the local food. View is beautifull and staff is really helpfull. Definetely will return back.

Shower line is leaking.

Decent location , the Farm and activities area were very very pleasurable to move around The Three Restaurants in the farm was outstanding We enjoyed sitting in the Roof Resturant ( Level 18 ) and appreciate the Kindness of staff with us Internet connection is good

Poor English from Staff Room , Equipment need renovation and replacement inside the Room Hotel does not give any activity recommendations outside the hotel and does not have Tourist Agency to promote

The only value for our stay was the view and nice location of this hotel, nothing else is worthy to mention.

This is by far my worst hospitality experience that I have had in over 25 years of travel around the world. With a theoretically five (5) star hotel, you expect more, not less. This hotel is not a five star hotel, not a four (4) star hotel, but rather three (3) at its best. I have no idea how its rated as 5 star hotel. I have a long list of grievances, but I will try to be short and concise, and my point of reference is the calcification as a five star hotel: Our booking was for 6 nights in a Junior Twin Suite with Balcony however, the room was incredibly small. You barely have some space to walk in. It is not a suite or a twin room, but rather more like a single room. Parking space was very small and incredibly narrow. You have to make a long walk back to the hotel exposed to weather. When we arrived, it was pouring rain and we all got soaked wet. The hotel does not offer umbrellas for customers to go back and forth from facilities or parking area. Buying food and beverages from the diner or café you have to pay in cash or by credit card on the spot, they will now allow you to bill it to your room –how inconvenient?!- Upon going to the restaurant where breakfast is served, you are meet with this stingy sewer smell, a total turn off. Having breakfast was not a good experience as the food quality was poor. Even though the Indonesian food served is not that to taste or palatable. The hotel walls are dull, with no proper lighting in the corridors and it lacks art. No pictures, paintings, or decoration available besides in the main lobby. All you can see is wall walls around. When we shower, the drains are semi-blocked, so water will flow over and soak the whole bathroom floor. Sink is not far from that as well. Which indicates improper maintenance. Rooms have venting and open area, which allows the noise from outside to be heard inside your room. There is a river or stream of water next to the hotel and at night, you hear the sound very well and does not help

one of the best hotels i ever stayed in Indonesia , all perfect and the view is amazing. don’t miss it

1- The food. 2- The service room (toilet was smelled very bad for 2 days) 3- Swimming pool, Resturant, Sky lounge close too early. (6PM) you will not have the time to enjoy them if you will go on everyday activity.

The view was awesome!! You can just set and spend the whole day at the balcony :) Almost every thing perfect!

The noise from the river its cool but not for long periods of staying ! soundproof would be great ! Some days were so much windy and the door of the balcony can not be well closed ! it was cold during late night.
