From the first time we entered the lobby until we checked out, the staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was spacey enough for kids to play and it was really clean and accommodating. The best was the location was right in the middle of Jakarta and happened to be exactly on the mall complex which was really awesome. I have so many things to say, but in short, it was one of the best family holiday we had!

The view from the 38th floor was amazing! the beds were very comfortable. we had a really good night sleep. breakfast was also good with different variation of food. last but not least - the stuff were super kind.

the lighting could be better espacially in the bathrooms.

location is great, direct access to the mall, short walking distance to MRT station, Senayan sport complex.

it’s a bit dated and need some touch-up. The towel sets definitely need to be replaced. When people stay at the Ritz they would expect clean, bright white fluffy towel, not some greyish white thinning version of it. Please equip the kitchen with basic cooking utensils, i.e knife and chopping board.

I like the location. It is strategic to anywhere.

I stay in the residence but no frying pan and must asking anywhere for this. The guess butler line is not working also.The stove is not working all. There is no dishes soap in the kitchen, so if I need to use pan or frying pan many times, should clean it with soap in the bathroom first.

I like the food in the restaurant. Most are delicious. Great location, near to everywhere, stick to the mall and hard rock cafe

This time stay, I dont like the kitchen. Smell bad in the kitchen. The floor on the kitchen is a little bit oily while we check in. The kitchen also doesnt have dishes soap. If we already used the cups for coffee, we dont have another clean cups cos we dont have soap to clean it. The trash bin in the kitchen also smell bad while we check in. Should clean the trash bin and change the plastic bag.
