We loved the house and area! Clean and comfortable.. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Greenville. The location is an easy walk/drive into this appealing town. Thanks for the breakfast items, too.

This was our first time to Greenville and we enjoyed our stay very much. We went to the Farmers Market downtown on Saturday, the Reedy River Falls in the park, and The Gather food court where we had lobster rolls and Cocobowl parfait. The next day we hiked in Caesar's Head State Park and Wildcat Wayside that takes you by 3 waterfalls. We fixed several meals in the house and the kitchen had everything we needed including bacon, eggs, and potato cakes for our first breakfast provided by our host, a very pleasant surprise! My wife and I were traveling with my wife's sister and husband and the house was perfect for two couples. We were visiting our nephew and his wife who was doing some schooling in town and we had a nice large dining table to play games at and share meals. There was plenty of seating in the living room when we wanted to relax, including a recliner which is something many rentals lack. The porches in both the front and back of the house were also nice places to relax. My only suggestion would be to also put the house # on the back of the house where the parking is as I initially went to the wrong house to look for the key as the houses are the same color. The neighbor was very gracious about this but said it happened often. We would stay again if in Greenville and highly recommend this house.

I had booked this property for a vacation with my daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren. Several weeks before our stay, my previously healthy daughter had a brain clot and 2 small strokes requiring prolonged hospitalization and inability to travel. Since we had not obtained trip insurance (not expecting a 39 yo to have a stroke), we contacted the Host to ask if she would consider reposting the listing, which she refused. I reached out again and explained the situation in detail and made it clear that we would still be responsible for payment if she could not re-rent it, but she again refused. We then called VRBO and with an agent spoke to the Host, and she once again refused to even consider it. Given as this was for a 3 day period over the 4th of July, the property would likely have rented, but as mentioned, we were committed to make up for any losses the host suffered. I have rented with VRBO for many years and have never encountered such an unsympathetic and uncaring host.

House was clean and cute, able to comfortably fit my family. Location very convenient to all fun stuff in Greenville! Slight negative is front street, near busy street so might want to bring noise machine for nighttime if that might bother you. Overall great though!

Great location walked downtown. Host was accommodating and appreciated breakfast for next morning. Nicely decorated master bedroom.

We had a good experience at this rental. The communication was excellent! The house nicely decorated and easily fit our family of 4. The owner provided bottle water and even breakfast for our first morning, which was very appreciated. Only issue was there is some street noise from cars at night but we found it pretty tolerable for our 3 night stay. Location very close to downtown. We would recommend and we would return when back in the area.

This was our second time staying at this property after a relay race that ends in Greenville. Quiet neighborhood but still close to the center of downtown / walking distance to plenty of stuff. Property is as advertised, clean, easy check-in process and host left breakfast supplies in the fridge which is very nice. Definitely recommend.

We loved our stay at the Mulberry house! Our family of five includes children ages 1, turning 11 (our trip was his birthday celebration), and 13, and this place had exactly what we needed for every member of the family. I could not believe how well stocked and immaculately clean the place was, down to having a pack n play, high chair, baby stroller, baby spoons, diaper changing station, you name it! (There is a baby gate at the top of the stairs and we let her crawl around the second floor where it's carpeted. Downstairs is a little less baby friendly with the hard floors and sharp edges on the tables, but we just kept a closer eye on her down there.) My older kids loved the bunk beds and games in their room. And the location could not have been better. We were less than 10 minutes away from Falls Park, the Children's Museum, and all the shops and restaurants downtown. It was perfect! The host was pretty quick to return messages too. We would definitely stay here again the next time we come to Greenville.

Home had everything we needed, wonderful sheets and towels, fully stocked kitchen. Very comfortable beds and furniture.

Communication with property owner before, during and after our stay was exceptional. Quick responses to all email inquiries. Fully stocked home with everything we needed for our two night stay. Items provided for our first breakfast was a nice touch! Some road noise heard in master bedroom in evenings. We opted to stay in the downstairs bedroom mostly for convenience. Overall, highly recommend staying at this property for your visit to Greenville.

I can’t say enough about this property. It truly feels like you are being welcomed into a friend’s house when you walk in the door. Beautiful home on the outskirts of downtown Greenville (not in a bad neighborhood but not in the “trendy” part of town either). Everything was clean, nicely appointed, and welcoming. Great host who thought of everything you could need.

Our family had a wonderful stay! The kids enjoyed the bunk beds, books and toys sooo much! Julie had breakfast makings in the fridge when we arrived which was a very nice touch! Julie was a gracious and wonderful host!

Nice place in a quiet neighborhood still reasonable walking distance to downtown. Supplies for breakfast were provided. Very clean and easy check in.

Julie should teach classes on how to prepare a VRBO house. She has thought of everything: A handmade notebook of places to visit and Greenville information, a huge array of toys, games and videos for kids, a fully furnished kitchen, (complete with more tools and spices than I have at home!), a first aid kit, lovely little toiletries......well, I could go on and on. The place is impeccably clean, charming, and beautifully decorated. We really felt as if we were visiting a friend. It's a 6-minute drive to downtown, where there is ample public parking for $1 an hour, so we didn't mind using our car--but the free trolley stops in front of the house. My friends and I were all just delighted with the experience. We recommend it highly!!

We had a great experience. The owners were great and really prepared for our group. The breakfast items were so appreciated. Check in and out were easy. We would stay here again if we ever come back to Greenville. Thank you again for a great weekend.

This was the perfect place to stay for our family♥️

The location and space was perfect for our family (age range from 13 to 75) over a long weekend to celebrate a family wedding. We were pleasantly surprised with the included first breakfast supplies! Only recommendation would be to have additional bedding available for the pullout in the kids' room and for the pullout couch in the living room. We were able to make due with what we found but couldn't find enough for each spot. Greenville was fun to explore and made us want to come back to experience more of what the city has to offer. My son went for a run along the Swamp Rabbit trail close to the house and loved it. Thanks again for a great stay.

It was great.

Overall, this stay was OK and could have been close to perfect. However, we had some unusual issues with never receiving the information for check-in. As a result, we could not settle in until much later than planned. Also, there was a broken fixture in the tub/shower, so we were down to one shower between four people on a busy morning. The smoke detector was also low on batteries (beep, beep!) and needed to be changed as we were headed to sleep. The freezer was also not working properly and leaked a bit on the kitchen floor. I got the feeling like all of these things were not the usual experience for folks staying here. The property owners were very willing to help and came out late at night to tend to some of the issues, which we appreciated. I was getting married the next morning, however, and sleep would have been the priority. ;) I think all of these issues have all been addressed, and sometimes these things just happen. I would have given 5 stars if we had not been unintentionally inconvenienced on an already busy weekend.

The house was just perfect. Cozy, clean, well furnished. Well equipped inside as well with attention to details. Kids would have been super happy there with all the toys, and a friendly kid bedroom. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us.

This was our second stay at The house on Mulberry Street. We loved it the first time so it was a no brainer for another family wedding. The same extended family members stayed. The location is perfect for easy access to Greenville and Travelers Rest. The amenities work well for my guests with children and elder parent. We will not be having any more weddings but we will book again when family visits the area.

Easy, convenient, really enjoyed the house, plenty of room and space, has almost everything you could possibly need. Check was perfect contactless, check out was easy, not a lot of work to check out.

Our memories on Mulberry will last forever. From reserving to checking in to checking out was a wonderful experience. The home is beautiful wonderfully appointed and in the perfect location for our three night mini vacation in Greenville. And when we had a question about the TV remote, the owner came by with his IT team (daughter) and showed us the simple fix. If We ever come to Greenville again we will definitely stay on Mulberry Street again!

We loved our stay in Julie’s house. We had one adult and two teenagers - it was great because when we were at the house, we had plenty of room to have a little quiet space and my family likes that. The house is really convenient to downtown and was absolutely the best equipped vrbo rental we’ve ever experienced! During our stay we went hiking and biking and to Top Golf. We also went to a couple of local restaurants and spent time at Reedy Falls Park. It was a great get away made better because we had such comfortable and convenient accommodations.
