Booked this place for my husband's birthday weekend and we had a great time. It was so convenient to be able to put our boat in the water right at the house! We will definitely be back!

This place is a boater/fishermans perfect rental. Boat ramp and dock was great. Ice machine was convenient. The elevator made moving our stuff and groceries a breeze. The neighborhood was quiet, no issues with the neighbors. We were close to any shopping we needed done. Also close to the restaurants/bars on the water and the homosassa springs marina (awesone staff there) we rented a boat from.

Went for Guys Fishing Trip. Great Location and accomodations. Only DrawbACK the TV System doesn't have any Live Channels. We couldn't get the NCAA FINAL FOUR on TV on CBS. When paying top prices you have an expectation of at least BASIC TV Channels. It was very frustrating. Otherwise accomodations were great.

There were 7 golfers in our group. Plenty of beds for our group. The large kitchen/family room provided an excellent place for breakfast and dinner gatherings (ok, we played a little poker also).
Too cool for me to sit outside but there were plenty of places to do so.

This was a great home to gather with friends. The boat ramp, ice machine, and parking were extremely convenient. Everything was well maintained! The kitchen was well stocked. There was not anything we would have changed about the home or our stay there!

We planned a group vacation for a friend's birthday. We stay in Homosassa often and are very familiar with the area and accomodations. This house is not as advertised, it's BETTER!
The sleeping arrangements worked out perfect for our group. Only issue was the downstairs bathroom floods easily. We threw some towels down and kept on. It worked out.
The docking for our boats was perfect and parking was ideal. Can't rave enough about this house. We will definitely be back!

You can believe all the high star reviews of this wonderful home. Amenities abound. Quiet neighborhood while offering quick and easy accessibility to nearby shopping, restaurants and many other venues. We especially enjoyed launching kayaks from the beautiful boat ramp and paddling through the scenic surrounding area. Mornings and evenings were spent in the upper level screened porch which offered a great view of the passing manatees and other wildlife. This home had everything we needed for our family. Our month long stay was very comfortable and absolutely enjoyable. The hosts were prompt to respond to the very few questions we needed answered.

This has been the best vrbo I’ve had to date! The location was perfect for our scalloping vacation. Even had the campground 2 miles away for rv friends to stay. The house had Plenty of beds for everyone along with extra bedding and let me tell you i took a picture of the brand of mattress because it was so comfortable. Lots of Extra towels to suit anyones needs. The boat ramp on location was wonderful and the ice maker made life so much easier!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was perfectly situated on a quiet canal with easy access and docking for our 24 foot boat. The boat ramp and ice machine made life easy during our visit. We will definitely be back.

Property was very clean and spacious. Plenty of room for 2 families 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs. Elevator (really an outside lift) was very helpful for getting luggage and groceries to second floor. Plenty of parking and boat ramp is very handy. Master bedroom is very nice. Good grill, kayaks, outside seating, all very nice. Lots of cooking stuff
Downstairs has microwave and fridge and coffee stuff very handy for early risers before breakfast begins upstairs.
Coming out of canal to river takes about 15 minutes as is all no wake but no bridges we had at least 2.5 feet of water coming in and out of canal. Canal empties into the Homosassa river right where the no wake end to go to the gulf very handy. About 30 min. boat ride to the springs which we made everyday. Just a nice ride it is NO WAKE all the way.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Great place for families. The only downside was that there was only one private bedroom. There is plenty to do so plan ahead and pack in Lots of fun activities.

We had a great time at the Fish House. It was close to the hotel and other guests. The neighborhood was quiet! We saw dolphins behind the house along the edge of the water which was exciting. We took our family for boat rides off the dock behind the house. We made great memories with our family. The elevator was great for our older family that can’t climb stairs. We would love to come back again!

This house was great. Having the boat ramp was a game changer. Property manager was very accommodating and great with communication. We loved the ice maker! My only disappointment is that the upper and lower units only connect by going outside, virtually two units with two different locking systems. We didn't pick this up from the description. We had planned to let our teen/kids have this space to themselves, but didn't feel comfortable with no inside ability to be connected to them. This will be great when we come back with another family as the split will be perfect then! This was a minimal hick-up and plan to stay at this property in the future!

The property fit all our needs. The ice maker and boat ramp on site were awesome for boating and scalloping. Our party consisted of 11 people and there was plenty of room. Accommodations were clean and Dani the owner was great. Will be staying again.

This was our first time to Homosassa and Crystal River. We love the location and the house was perfect! The house was well stocked with dishes, towels, seasonings and condiments! I always bring my own, but would not have needed them here. The kayaks were great to be able to use. We kayaked down the river from the house and also took them to Hunter Springs park and kayaked to Three Sister Springs. It was amazing! We went to Gulf State park for a beach day. We had two families including two 13 year old boys and a 10 year old girl and they loved it. We fished off the dock everyday! Thank you for sharing you amazing home with us!
