We had a wonderful stay. Terra Meade is both expansive enough to let our party of 10 spread out so everyone had their own space and homey enough to all gather and enjoy our time together. It was the perfect place for us and Tara is a wonderful and thoughtful host. This is the only rental property I’ve ever stayed at that I’d come back to in a heartbeat rather than look around to find something new.

8 couples from the east coast could not have asked for a better experience. The location is perfect. The space is amazing. And Terri and Meade were wonderful to work with. You won’t regret staying here.

We had a fantastic stay at the Farmhouse. There are three houses on the property with a two-bedroom house, three bedrooms in the main house, and a fun pool house. We used the two with the bedrooms. Every room had its own full bathroom and that made it easy for the five couples. Kitchen and BBQ were used where we had some great meals and we played games in front of the fireplace (that was stocked with wood for some nice fires). I highly recommend the property for anyone looking for a wine country get away.

The house was amazing. There is so much to do for 5 couples post winery days. We really could not ask for a better house to stay in. Thanks for the memories.

Great property for large family & friends gathering. We enjoyed the great pool area surrounded by grape vines; outdoor grill area; horse shoe pit; playing games at the large dinning room table; and watching our favorite sports teams on the large TV in the great family room area.

My family stayed at Terri’s beautiful home for a family wedding. The amount of activities and accommodations at the property make it hard to leave! There is really no need to. We had ample living, cooking, and sleeping space for our group and especially enjoyed the gorgeous pool set in a vineyard setting along with the barn. Terri was very communicative and we would love to stay again soon and bring the kiddos this time!

We had a group of nine, visiting Sonoma and Napa for the week. The property is exactly as described, the hosts were wonderful and very responsive. The location was perfect for the wineries we scheduled. There are also deli's close by to grab a sandwich between wineries. When we visit again, we will for sure stay here. The pool and hot tub were a nice end to each day.

We loved this property so much and for sure will be back! House was perfect for 5 couples! The pool was beyond amazing - we loved swimming surrounded by vines. Terri was amazing - every detail was well thought of!

There was plenty of space for our family of eleven with ages running from 9-76. The pool was a big hit. We also used the barbecue area a lot for dinners. It was a great location to visit Sonoma and the surrounding areas. The owners are very responsive and it is a lovely house and grounds. I would recommend the property highly.

Our group enjoyed a wonderful time at this beautiful property! Swimming, horseshoes, bouche ball, soaking in the hot tub while bird watching, playing pool, catching lizards and frogs, playing on the swing set, enjoying several glasses on wine while soaking in the peace! Something for everyone for sure!

We celebrated my mothers 80th bday at this lovely house. It was really the perfect Sonoma setting. It was close to town but felt very rural and relaxing. The house has everything! So many outdoor games, a beautiful pool, hot tub, awesome BBQ station. You really never need to leave. Terry was so responsive and accommodating. I could not have asked for a more perfect VRBO for our family event and will definitely stay there again. I love Sonoma!

We stayed here with a group of 8 adults looking to have a great time in the Napa/Sonoma region. This listing was a great pick! The house was clean when we arrived, had everything we needed and the owner made communication very easy. Would highly recommend that you stay here if going to Wine Country!

Great location for both. Worked very well for our group of adults but seems even better suited to family groups. Plenty of gathering areas and entertaining options. The kitchen had everything our chef needed.

We had a fantastic weekend in spite of unprecedented rainy weather. The property is so beautiful with so many outdoor spaces to enjoy. We will hopefully have the opportunity to stay here again so that we can spend time outdoors. The only thing we would suggest for improvement would be a tv in the barn. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, and having 2 fireplaces was a bonus. We were a party of 5 couples and there was plenty of room for us to spread out and to be together. Teri is an amazing host and checked on us a few times during the weekend and offered suggestions for dining, etc. We will definitely stay here again!

Great house with great location in Sonoma! Had 10 adults and 2children at this 5 bedroom 5 bath home celebrating my wife’s 70 th birthday. Everyone was very happy with the property. Foosball, pool table, and bocce ball court were enjoyed by all. Had a private chef cook for us and Natasha Raymond was terrific. 10 minutes from Sonoma square and very close to Donum and Imagery vineyards which were our two favorites. Recommend this home to anyone looking for a good time in wine country! Great communication from Terri!

We rented this property for a short holiday celebration with my three adult children, their spouses, and two young grandchildren. House is very gracious and stately. The grounds are simply lovely. We were able to make contact with Teri when we needed to and she was very accommodating and accessible. We had two wonderful wine tastings in the nearby, Carneros region, and lunch in downtown Sonoma. Everything is within 10 minutes. We hope to go back here when the weather is warm so that we can enjoy the outdoor activities on the property. Just gorgeous!

The Boutville property was perfect for our annual Thanksgiving gathering and a definite favorite of the 1/2 dozen rentals we've stayed at in Sonoma/Napa over the years. So many ways to have fun: swimming pool, bocci, horseshoes and barn/game room (includes another kitchen, bathroom, music!) — all well thought out and well kept. So many peaceful ways to relax and unwind: hot tub, comfy seating and hammocks in a variety of different settings. And perhaps best of all, well-appointed/stocked kitchens, both indoors and out - suitable for turning out a feast for friends and family. We were especially grateful for the beautifully pre-set dining table. Terri is a terrific host and communication was easy and quick. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and hope to come back. Teri

We just got home from a long weekend in Sonoma, and our stay at Terra Meade could not have been better. The house was perfect for our group of 8 adults. While the inside layout and amenities are great, the outdoor space is even more amazing. There are bocce ball and horseshoe courts, an outdoor kitchen and beautiful vineyards to walk through. We did not use the pool or hot tub, but one of us napped in the hammocks. Now let’s talk about the barn… THE BARN!!! We spent so much time there playing pool, football and listening to the stereo system. After a long day of wine tastings it was nice to have a place to relax some before dinner. The neighborhood is quiet and close to Sonoma plaza. We took a walk around the areas and there are two horses Nextdoor that love treats, and a sheep farm across the street. This house is absolutely perfect for a group and I would love to stay again!

This property was the most spectacular place we’ve ever rented for a family getaway. It has something for everyone, regardless of age. Well appointed in every way with all that you need. Outside of food, we didn’t have to buy a thing; fully stocked. Beautiful pool and jacuzzi with outdoor bar and pool table with seats for up to 25 or more. Outdoor cooking area with seating for all. All rooms have their own beautiful bathrooms. Kitchen is amazing and we made gorgeous meals for 5 days straight. We got married in Sonoma this weekend and a batch of immediate family stayed with us here. If you have a gathering and want a place to exceed your expectations, this is it. Owners were kind, gracious, and helpful throughout. We will be back! Thank you Terri and Meade.

My multigenerational family and I had a fabulous time at Terra Meade. The weather was hot and we spent the majority of each day at the pool and the barn full of games. The pool was the perfect temperature, the water saline and refreshing. The house accommodated all 10 of us easily. We used every one of the unique and beautiful bedrooms, all three eating areas equipped with grills, tables and chairs for all as well as play equipment for kids and adults. It was both homey and elegant living. This is truly a well loved home that gave us all a memorable moment in time. Terri was a wonderful hostess that kept in touch and helped with all our needs.
